My whole family has banked here. I have been promised a call back from the bank manger (whatever title) twice from internal staff and twice by customer support 1-800 number. Even left a voicemail on the managers line.... Never received a call. Never received an email. Also never had this issue with previous bank manager or staff at the locations ever before! Have been waiting over a month for a call as promised ...

Was going to open an account there, they weren't interested in helping me. They were rude, rude, rude. Been in there 5 times in the last few months trying to give them the benefit of the doubt. They were nice 1 out of 5 times. Done!

I call about being late on car payments. I was told after 90 days of not paying they repossess. Well after 48 days they're already saying they're going to repossess this week. So instead of the remaining 42 days I was told I have 3. This bank has gone down hill. Every location has suffered. Time for us all to switch banks. I just called and they laughed at me saying it's a small enough amount that I could easily do it. I'm poor I can't just whip up car payments in 3 days especially after been given wrong information.

I called bank to require about my account . Spoke with representative named Tracy, whom was very rude and unprofessional when talking with me. I don't if because I don't big bank account or just rude person!!!!!!!! Thanks didn't even answer my concerns

Never in my life have I had to wait a day to use CASH that was deposited???? Thanks for nothing!
