Carter County Bank East Broad St, Elizabethton

Fairly new bank, so the building is very good condition. Convenient location just off the strip and beside Food City. It would be nearly impossible to cross all lanes of traffic during most of the day. Very busy road that comes to major intersection just after the bank going east.

I absolutely love working with this bank. They are top notch people from the upper management to the front line employees. I use them for business and personal banking and have always been impressed with their level of customer service. I highly recommend them.

Except for difficulty reaching the ATM from vehicles. Hate having to get out of the car to use the ATM. I see lots of folks doing it. Unsafe, cold, hot and just looks dumb. I twisted my knee on the rise the ATM is sitting on. The service and staff are wonderful. Love you folks

Worst bank ever. Dont trust them with your money. They will rob you.

I can not say enough about the service that I have received with Carter County Bank. They went above and beyond to ensure that opening a business account with them was as painless as possible. They stayed in contact with me after opening the account to make sure that all of our needs were met, and have addressed all questions or concerns very timely. During the pandemic they worked evenings and weekend nights to make sure that the PPP Loan was available to us. That is HUGE for a small business like ours. I have many friends that did not receive that kind of support from their banks, and they did not receive the funds. We are more than satisfied with our new bank and highly recommend them to anyone with a small business.

My whole family has banked here. I have been promised a call back from the bank manger (whatever title) twice from internal staff and twice by customer support 1-800 number. Even left a voicemail on the managers line.... Never received a call. Never received an email. Also never had this issue with previous bank manager or staff at the locations ever before! Have been waiting over a month for a call as promised ...

Very,very bad experience there,women are very rude there,went there to cash a bond where my uncle had did,had to go back to the house and get a death certificate,guess they were too lazy to look it up on the computer,women was very rood,glad i don't have anything there
