They was excellent in helping me with everything and explained it all so I had no questions I would highly recommend going in and talking to them

I would give better stars but this is why I'm not. I was a customer for years. Up until last year, they wouldn't call you until the end of the grace period to see why you haven't paid. I was only ever late a couple of times... ever.... like if my check didn't fall in time or something like that. Either way, I was working graveyard, and they started calling me at 9am two or three days before it was due asking when I would be in to pay it... then some times they would call the day it was due at 9am... GIVE SOMEBODY A CHANCE TO GET THERE! and give some one who works graveyard a chance to sleep... I got so sick of getting calls telling me when I had money available early in the morning when working all night. It was the first loan I paid off when I had the chance even though I had more expensive loans at World and Credit Central. This was pet peeve number one. Pet peeve number two is the fact that they have been calling me every day for two weeks. I know I don't have a loan so I figured they were trying to get me to be a customer again, so I ignored the calls. I finally answered, fed up, was gonna tell them to leave me F alone, and they were trying to reach a friend of mine that used me as a reference. I understand they haven't paid their bill, but im not them and I am not their keeper... there is no reason to harass me. The person asked me to relay the message, and I relayed the message... I got a phone call from them AGAIN the day after this conversation. I am not going to stalk my friend and find out where they are. That is your job. I don't see them that much anyway. I'm blocking the number, and I will never get a loan from them again. I was responsible and always paid even if it wasn't the day it was due, it was in the grace period. If something happened to where it was going to be later than that, I always called to let them know. But because of the annoyances, I will never get a loan here for any reason. The ladies inside are nice and were always pleasant. I guess the company policy is what's BS. It needs to be reviewed.
