This is such a friendly group to work with! The customer service was amazing and everyone was having a great time while working. The service was quicker than I expected. Highly recommend the Elizabethton location.

Everyone was really happy and had a smile on their face. On a rainy and cloudy day it was very nice. Allan was very helpful setting up online banking and getting me through the loan process. Cam Lydia and Billy were all very pleasant as well.

Couldn't ask for a better experience for my first time here yesterday Cameron was an awesome person to work with! The inside was super clean nicely decorated for fall & very welcoming! The other two gentleman working was super also!

On Tuesday April 27th.I went into Advance financial to get a money order @ came out with a NEW checking account @ NEW debit card with ALL access to my money.It only took less than an hour .I was very very impressed with the guy that helped me,he was fast ,made everything very understandable @ knew exactly what @ how to do everything.I am a happy camper with the ease of mind ,not having to worry about my money @ no bank stealing it.(which has happened to me in the past 3 weeks,with another company.

Absolutely the worst loan agency, highest APR in the world, would not EVER recommend this to ANYONE not even my worst enemy. If you borrow 700, you'll have to pay back 2000 or more. Absolutely a revolting establishment, I definitely will be in contact with the better business bureau!

Brittany was my advisor today, & she was very helpful. I thought it would be a lot more difficult than it was, this was my first time applying for a loan & i’m currently waiting on the approval. It’s a very simple process as long as you have the documents needed.

I would never go here for a loan!!! I got$1,000 loan and have paid over half of it back and still owe $1,200 and they didn't make it clear payment is twice a month, now it's put me in a bind because of it!!! The rates are through the roof do not advice anyone else go here for a loan!!!!

Unfortunately I've STILL been WAITING on a response from the owners for OVER a week NOW on my Terrible 12 Hour Experience - Imagine That- Terrible Customer Service- STILL Do Not Go Here. Do NOT GO HERE!!! Unfortunately I had an extremely IRRITATING & VERY LONG ( OVER 6 hours) Waiting on a response from Nashville on a loan. It was ABSOLUTELY RIDICULOUS & finally left at 3am (got there 9:30pm) & had to come Back the next day & wait Another hour for the response to arrive !!! Even though the employees were nice, " the only EXCUSE I got from them , "was how BUSY Nashville must be" because I had all paperwork requested because I called prior to arriving. I have alot of self employed income that could be verified by receipts & speaking with my clients - but they could Only accept a Direct Deposit of $800 month- and i got approved for a measly $75. ( Obviously Did NOT take $$) PITIFUL- won't even feed my cat. I actually lost more money than $75 by wasting 6-7 hours WAITING ON RESPONSE From Nashville. I would go ANYWHERE ELSE BUT DEF NOT HERE. I Have alwaya worked in Fiance and have Never Experienced anything loan wise that was so RIDICULOUS but if u do go remember your Pillow & Sleeping Bag. & probably a lunch too. To Owner: I did send an extremely detailed email 3 days ago to the email address provided below: subject line ( in all caps) Whitney Greene Dissatisfied customer Eliz Store 100- Owner needs to read. Have been Awaiting reaponse..... Well I guess it's been about 3 months now since I Unfortunately Dealt with this SCAM Company and No Surprise- I HAVE STILL NEVER RECEIVED A RESPONSE TO MY COMPLAINT OF WAITING FOR NUMEROUS HOURS- OVER 2 DAYS WORTH WASTING TIME!!! I HAVE EVEN RESENT MY EMAIL TO CORPORATE OFFICE 4 TIMES ABOUT THE NUMEROUS ISSUES- AND NO EMAIL, PHONE CALL NOTHING!!! Don't even use this company as a Last resort!!!

Great customer service yes but their store hours change on the daily. We have bills to pay and doing so while juggling work schedules. So I'm a very unhappy customer.

The gentleman Cam is supper awesome and patient. Even thou I was unprepared he made my process so easy. Very understanding as well helpful. I suggest anyone to see Cam for your loan needs! Thank you Cam for all your help and patience with my crazy self.

The staff at the Elizabethton location are amazing. They made it possible for me to get a loan when nobody else would help me. I really appreciate all they did for me there. Other than that every time I come in there to cash my checks they're always friendly.

This is a good place to borrow money if your able to pay back in a resonable amount of time. Lydia was very professional friendly and told us everything we needed to know about the loan upfront and honestly. I really appreciate that.

Friendly & helpful... 24/7 availability... Free money orders & bill pay... All types of checks cashed... Western Union services... Flex loans... probably more. Last night was my 1st time to visit any branch of Advance Financial 24/7. As I needed to get a money order in the middle of the night (to pay a utility bill via a night drop box), I chose the Elizabethton branch (as it was on my way). There are no other businesses out there that will even sell you a money order past 11 pm. Amanda was top notch! I will definitely use this place again, as well as spread the word! On a related note, the 1st place I called was the Advance Financial 24/7 on N. Roan St. in Johnson City. The gentleman there was also super nice & very helpful. He told me of more locations.

This was my first time coming here and Andrew the young man working here went above and beyond to help me! He was soo polite and very patient helping me get situated. You could tell he was glad to help. Sooo if you need help with your check cashing , money orders, western union and of course cash advances come by advance financial in elizabethton and see Andrew!!

OH MY GOSH! Let me start by saying these situations are ALWAYS uncomfortable for me and almost ALWAYS the people are crass and distant...I went in DESPERATE and with absolutely no idea what to do or anything and this was after calling and a nice girl answering and calming me down and having me just come by. So I go in and IMMEDIATELY am greeted with the most amazing smiling kind greeting and then a start going over stuff and she’s just like “I got you haha” Amanda was literally an angel and THIS is who people should hire Amanda gave me honest advice and still made sure everything was the way it was supposed to be. She went over EVERYTHING a hundred times ( cause I needed her too lol) and each time was as excited and patient as the first but made sure I knew what was happening. I cannot believe how lucky I was to get her that night!!! I truly believe that Amanda is who people should compare new hires too as a BASIC standard and then you’d never have ANY troubles she was amazing and idk what else to say except for OH MY GOSH haha the ABSOLUTE best. PERIOD. :) THANKS AMANDA!!!
