We purchased a 2007 Lexus March 2020 and had an great experience. Friendly folks, clean lot. We’ve been told we are able to bring it back if there’s any issues, which is comforting. Vanessa was very helpful with paperwork and helping me care for my newborn and son while we switched insurance. There was an issue when we first looked at the vehicle that was fixed when we arrived to do paperwork today. Didn’t take very long to work out the kinks, looking forward to seeing how the financing relationship works out and will update my review if needed.

This is a terrible place to get a car. About a week after the initial transaction the engine started smoking and the mechanics creak and groan at every turn. I took it in to get it serviced (under the 14 day warranty) and they tightened the belts. It has no effect on the car and continues to smoke to this day. I’ve had it for eight months now and the engine is starting to fail. My sister, who got a vehicle here as well, had almost the same experience. Take your business elsewhere unless you love a high interest rate for a terrible vehicle. Update: I have emailed the owner over a month ago (after it took them six months to respond) and have shockingly not received a reply. Within that span of time I’ve done another 600 dollars worth of maintenance on the vehicle. I have a blown oil gasket which is, and always has been, causing the vehicle to smoke. This has been a persistent issue that the owner is aware of and has been aware of since day one- when he towed the car back to HIS dealership, only to determine that it was fine. Update 10/2020: I’ve yet again emailed the owner and have not heard back form him or any of his associates. I’m seeking legal council and refuse to get screwed over like this.
