Great to work with. Rented a beautiful home but very old and as such needed mult. Repairs in our 2 year tenancy. They were completed in a timely manner. Fair and quick with security deposit refunds (hard to come by in our area). If we ever rent again will go to them first !

Tenant's who damage properties and are evicted post negative comments as a backlash to their lease violations. Unfortunately we can not stop slander and respect the rights of free speech. Respectfully, Karen Carlsson Carlsson Real Estate, Inc.

I would not recommend Carlsson Real Estate at all. When we first dealt with them things seemed fine, but it quickly became apparent that they didn't actually care about the maintenance of the property. Our pipes would back up about 3 months due to tree roots growing into the plumbing system and we would go up to 3-4 days without water. Once when this happened Karen said "Well can't you just not use any water so this doesn't happen." Apparently things like washing dishes, clothes, yourself, and using the rest room are luxuries to her, not basic necessities. Our swamper continuously had issues, which they wouldn't fix because "Oh it's going to be cold soon, no use in it" (they told us this in June or July). We when set up a meeting to renew our lease after a year (because we were stupid) Karen was over 30 minutes late to the meeting and never bothered to apologize. She also had the nerve to ask why weren't doing landscaping or watering the grass (we did pay to have it mowed/cleaned once or twice but apparently she wanted more). She also had the never to call my husband over a year AFTER we moved cussing him out and threatening to call the cops for not cleaning & vacating the property, insisting that we hadn't paid rent in months. Um, no, we haven't- BECAUSE WE LIVED IN A DIFFERENT STATE. The rent is cheap but the poor service is not worth it.

Karen's ability and effort exceeded my expectations. Everything she told me was spot on as for as what to expect.

She's seriously needs interpersonal skills. Customer service sucks

I have always found the Carlssons to be professional and fair. I Rented an adorable apartment in the mesa junction area for almost two yrs. I loved that place. And loved our landlords.

Rude and not happy about her job.. "We are a small company" maybe if you seemed more enthusiastic you'd have more clientel

poor attitude.negative nancy.need to work on your people skills..if you are going to show a house to your clients have positve attitude.or you wont sell many homes..
