Top Dollar Pawn W 4th St, Pueblo

I randomly chose Top Dollar Pawn from Google as a possible retail outlet to buy my PlayStation 4 I had been searching for with no luck. Upon my arrival at Top Dollar Pawn, not only was I met with an immediate low-key, not invasive, greeting from the staff, who remembered me from my phone call a day or two prior to my visit. Impressive, that was. So I was given a few different options on which unit I wished to purchase. The chosen unit was then plugged in, hooked up, turned on and demonstrated, right in front of me so I was completely satisfied with the purchase I made. However, once I got home, I noticed a thing or two that I wasn't happy with. Being a refurbished item, you'll have that occasionally. Upon my returning the product to the store, I was somewhat expecting a bit of a hard time, as is usual for a pawn shop with the return of electronic items. However, to my surprise and pleasure, the staff, namely Rosalind and Misha, both made my second visit even better. They were quite friendly with me very helpful and accommodated my every need and then some. They were really cool people to deal with and I am very thankful that I've walked into Top Dollar Pawn that particular day. Again thank you Rosalind and Misha and Andrew for a very honest and Fair & Square Deal. From my past experiences, a pawn shop is not generally where you find service of this magnitude. However, I did just that.

I went into Top Dollar Pawn looking for a white gold and diamonds ring for my wife's upcoming birthday willing to spend money on what I'm sure is 1 of their most expensive type of items. Customer service at it's worst. No one greeted me. No one even bothered to acknowledge me. After standing at the jewelry case for about 5 minutes I walked around the entire jewelry case and look at the sunglasses and costume jewelry and then right back to the section that held the rings I was interested in. Still, no service. Being a black man I'm no stranger to this kind of treatment. Just another establishment that ruined repeat and future business. I'll NEVER return and will warn anyone I know that they may not be welcome in this place of business regardless of how much money you're willing to spend.

They have shut down because of a money laundering. I am still trying to find my xbox that I pawned. I read that you need to contact top dollar by the police station, but all the phones are off probably for this reason.

Amazing Place thier customer service is beyond five stars. To Me very friendly and caring . I appreciate the staff. I will recommend without any hesitation Thank being you Amazing to us customers.

I just bought a kayak. The price was fair. The service was exceptional. The two women, I wont name names, were so friendly and went above and beyond to sell me a kayak(I had looked all over the state). I will certainly go back and shop again. -Jay Manz

I couldn't believe my visit today. Have been there several times. Took in a $1,200 watch when I told them $800 they acted like in was the dumbest craziest person ever. I expected a counter offer and would have taken 450-500. The one guy even said there were scratches on it; complete BS since I just paid $200 on repair and the face was buffed! She told me several times I would need an appraisal "for that kind of money". She then told me there were comparable watches on eBay for $270. I was never shown them but she said the eBay one had black face, mine is a stainless steel vintage. When I look up eBay it's a modern battery operated watch with 5 days left on the auction. They aren't comparing apples to oranges they're comparing watermelons to grapes. Never going back to that location or company. Stay away!!

Story time, my staff and I went into top dollar pawn on 4th street. We purchased a Sentinel Safe from them and we’re shocked to learn they had given us the incorrect key for the safe. Purchase price was $60. We ran back and forth several times getting new keys to try each time. After the third run back and forth we returned the item and let them know we would be happy to repurchase the safe if they found the correct key.... low and behold 10 minutes later they had found the new key but we were shocked to learn the new purchase price was now raised! $75 for a safe we had purchased just a few minutes before. Talk about false advertising, Pueblo doesn’t need this kind of terrible business!

Great prices and they usually make decent deals on the already marked down price, and usually if you call prior to your "must pay loan in full or lose item" date they will offer a 3-4 day extension on your loan. The employees and the owners work elbow to elbow to get customers taken care of in a timely manner. They have a hard time answering their business phone, and the isles are often crowded with product, making them hard to maneuver unless you have a Twiggy-style body. Worth the visit.

Tried to pawn a new xbox and get close to 500. Girl behind the counter looked at me crazy,spat what she thought was facts, then offered half at most....so I went down to EZPawn and got 400$...extra star for new lights in front. Pawn better.

Very unprofessional u bunch I’m of young racial uneducated people ruining that store lost a really good customer today talking the way you did when I entered your shop I will never take my money there ever never again Sorry vocabulary all the young workers there have I can’t deal with that no longer not even in a good day with your broke down faces

We had a great experience at Top Dollar Pawn. They had great prices. Our salesperson was Sonny. He was very knowledgeable and eager to help us. He had such a great attitude. We really appreciated him working with us. We will definitely go back.

I ended up getting 25 golf clubs and a free tagged one for $20 with a bag, balls, brush, and plenty of tees as well for just over 40 bucks. It was a pretty good deal for me since I haven't played in 8 years and I'm just trying to get back into it. Most of the clubs were actually in really good condition aside from some scratches on the bottom. But that's normal with used clubs. None of the club faces were damaged though so they played quite well still.

The woman who assisted me was friendly, polite and very knowledgeable about what I wanted to buy. She gave valuable advice and information that inevitably helped me make up my mind to make a purchase that I know I am not going to regret. Used to love going here, service was always great with a great selection. Until today. They were terribly rude with an attitude. Same reason I won't go to their other store.

I was a long time customer of 6 years and they ripped me off. I held a beautiful men's link bracelet there for 3 years so it would be safe. It had white gold and yellow gold alternating links. It was almost 12 grams in weight. It was my dad's and he passed away. My brother is a druggie so sometimes I have to go to great lengths to keep my valubles. I never questioned this store's integrity until I found out my bracelet had been switched. My brother is in prison now so I wanted my jewelry back. It was switched with another bracelet of the same weight. Vince refused to listen to me and said I just FORGOT what the bracelet looked like and because it's the same weight it shouldn't matter. I told him it did matter and that the Owner was going to help me. He said he talked to the owner and they told him to tell me to get over it. I WILL NEVER REFER ANOTHER PERSON TO THIS STORE. IF YOU WANT TO GET RIPPED OFF THAN THEY'LL BE HAPPY TO DO THAT FOR YOU!
