Ent Credit Union W 5th St, Pueblo

The Great Reset begins. My debit card was 'mysteriously' cancelled. Went to the service center to get a new one only to find out the machine had 'crashed'. This left me with no way to use my money online. For those of you that pay attention, this is exactly what just happened in Canada. Thousands of people were denied access to their money - totally shut off. Get your funds out of financial institutions before it's too late. I expected this from the Big Banks, but evidently even local CU's are not immune. Buy local, pay in cash, and I hate to say it but go back to paying your bills with checks. PS: if you don't know what the Great Reset is, you better start learning, because it's coming whether we like it or not......

I asked for one thing. Don’t let my account get overdrawn, and what happened? 120 in fees because they want to run their bank like the government. I sent a message through the app and was met with, “blah blah blah. That’s how we get your money”. this bank does not look after the interest of their clients, but for their CEO’s bonus.

I opened a bank account for my daughter today and was very happy with my experience Mrs. Brandi Garcia was very helpful and knowledgeable she answered all our questions and helped us understand everything about ENT I will definitely recommend ENT credit union

ENT just had their grand re-opening of this Pueblo location. Kudos to them for investing in their employee's work environment and having a totally remodeled facility for their customers. The drive-through went from one lane to three. The building now looks brand new. The people who work here are very nice.

I’ve been here in Pueblo CO for nine years why don’t I ever see African American employees in my Ent credit union? I see Chicano, Latino and, white. Don’t give the excuse of that “there’s not a lot of African American people in Pueblo” ,because our numbers are increasing. So where are they? Just curious and no hate intended for the public reader with their assumptions about hate. It’s about fair inclusion and employment opportunities.

ENT is an amazing place, my only complaint are the ITMs.... Now instead of pulling up to an ATM and just withdrawing your money quickly you have to wait on people who are doing business with the bank and not just withdrawing money. So they've actually made it quicker to get out of your car and go inside the bank to withdraw money than it is going through the lanes.... We need plain ATMs again , please!

I need to get a certified check for rent, I could NOT find my license. The teller was beyond helpful and tried to get ne verfied in other ways. I eventually found mu ID. I feel she did everything in her power to help me. This is why I chose ENT they make sure you are takin care of💜

My wife and I have been with Ent for almost 15 years, we have never had problems over issues like those that others have stated in other reviews. Yes there are lines in drive-thru, but think about everyone else who is in a hurry and not only that now with covid trying to keep themselves and others safe. Remember we are only human and make mistakes and can only do what we can. We will continue to use Ent no matter what, the people are great and true professionals at what they do when some members treat them like garbage.

I just seen a commercial for ent and they say they're here for us when we need them or their loans the most! Don't count on it even when you're down on your luck the most when you even direct deposit with ent your VA monthly check and you need a lawyer maybe or to catch up on other things, well ENT credit union really doesn't care so go elsewhere it will save you lots of stress! As soon as I figure out how I'm going to figure something out to pay off an item at ENT I'm taking my disability check and going to a different credit union myself.

I wish there was a zero rating. I was in a car accident last year and got zero communication from them until they claimed I owed them any money (3 months later). When asked why I didn’t receive any notice and they called me at my job, I was told “I don’t know.” Fast forward almost a year when I was told things were taken care of, I get a letter on the mail that ENT has sent me to collections without any notification from ENT themselves. I will never use ENT again!!!!
