I wish I could give the 0 stars! They closed my account dude to being -13$! Big whoop! And my taxes were suppose to hit on the 25th! Now I’m waiting weeks later to get my money thanks to this bank! Idk how I was even -13 when I hadn’t been using this bank? The gonna say they can open me a new account if I pay the 13$? Um no thanks!

We opened an account to build our home before Cap Tex took over. Since then we were not aware the account was still even open since we thought it would be closed with our last check to our builder. without our knowledge there was a remaining balance in the account which cap tex starting withdrawing from monthly. eventually they overdraft the account from their monthly fees they were charging for having an account. we went to the bank to close the account and they refused to give us any part of the remaining balance in the account from before they overdrafted the account. I think it’s petty that they would not give us the money that was ours, that we didn’t even know was still in the account and instead they took it away in feeds for just having an open account. needless to say, we closed the account for good and will not ever open another account with this bank.
