Capitol Federal® Savings Bank Sw Fairlawn Rd, Topeka

This branch is not the most welcoming. They could definitely improve on customer service. No one is rude, by any means, but not inviting and friendly. While that's important to most people it's not a make or break for me as long as they aren't outright rude or disrespectful. The business side of it is pretty quick and standard. This is my "new branch" as I usually go to the Topeka Blvd/Huntoon but since moved closer to this one.

My Grandparents while on the Earth trusted the Staff and Bank with all their Needs. Over 50 years their accounts were protected.

Horrible service. Extremely slow. Worst bank in town. This branch specifically.

Absolutely the worst bank ever. Nothing but hassles and completely unprofessional behavior. Horrible service and lack of ability to relay information. Every branch you go to has different ideas on how things should be done and every person gives you a different answer. They definitely need some updated training and have company wide protocols. I work with a non-profit organization and we use branches all over the state from Wichita, Emporia, Topeka, and Salina every single branch has been difficult to work with-when you make a deposit they act like your trying to commit a crime. I would never ever recommend this bank-so awful I felt I needed to leave a google review which I never do!

I have banked with Capitol Federal for 60 years. Wouldn’t think of going any place else.
