Capital Title of Texas, South Austin did not secure funds on or before the day of closing. I have never sold a property without getting paid on the same day as closing. Close was set on Wednesday the 16th, today is the 22nd. I still do not have the funds in my bank. Enjoy waiting on your cash working with this title company.
