Tisdale Auto Title Services Pat Booker Rd, Universal City

Had no difficulty registering my vehicle last year but trying to register my RV was like programming the space shuttle for them. I called in advance and asked them for EVERYTHING I would need to bring and they forgot to include a very important document. Here is why I'm dissatisfied, not because they messed up, but because instead of apologizing for assuming I was an out of state resident and not asking me whether I was or not, they put it on me and told me I should've let them know that I was a Texas resident. It's so disheartening how low the standards for customer service have sunk. There is no accountability. It seems like the motto is "the customer is always wrong!"

Fast service! All the ladies know what they are talking about and can answer questions quickly. There is a convenience fee but I don't want to be inconvienenced by going down to the registration office. 😉 So I come here for all my vehicles and I have no problem with the fee. Handicap accessibility but with great pains. The ramp is narrow and bumpy and the door is difficult to open from a seated position if you are in a wheelchair but it is doable!

Terrible customer service. Both ladies had customers when I arrived. They finished with customers 5 minutes later then one lady was trying to text a coworker or someone for the next 10 minutes, trying to figure out if she had the number or not with the other lady. The other lady shuffled around papers till finally calling me for 2 minute assistance as I was renewing my registration. As someone with more than 20 years customer service they are doing a disservice to Tisdale Auto Title Service. They could have said we will be right with you but ignored me just like a previous complaint above. It is obvious they do not care for the job.

Wow! These groups of ladies are phenomenal at what they do and efficient. I came in to get my title transferred over from IL to TX and get it registered, I opened the door and saw all the seats were taken, we had to take a number and wait, so I wasn't sure how long it would be, but how quickly they handled each customer without sacrificing politeness was incredible. I was in and out in 30 minutes or less. Thank you so much for a pleasant experience.

I do not know who these people are that says they offer great service. My experience was...I was the only waiting custormer in the office and I sat there for a good 20 minutes before the "employee", who was making copies that must have been meant for the president himself, did not even acknowledge me. Finally she rudely sighed and said May I help you? I seriously think she wanted me to give up and leave.

Been going to Tisdales for over 15 years. Friendly and helpful staff. Beats waiting hours at the DMV any day of the week.

We went on a Saturday to get 2 vehicles registered and the service was really fast and easy. We went thinking we would be waiting for hours to get this done, but I think we were there for about 30 minutes. They do charge a service fee but in my opinion it was worth it. I cannot make it to the county office due to my job during the weekdays so this was perfect. I cannot remember the name of the nice lady that took care of us (she was sitting at the second desk to the left). She was friendly, professional and answered all of our questions. Very pleased with our visit.

Ms. Maggie is very accomodating and assisted us very well. We know that workday most of the time can be very stressful but she made sure to help us in every way possible.

They're always nice, friendly, and open on time. I was informed of the charges and didn't get a dirty look for being a couple of days late because my regular guy was backed up until the 16th with state inspections.

You'll be charged a rediculous 3rd party fee for renewing here. I've come here for 3 years wondering why my sticker renewal was almost $80 higher than what I paid in Houston! Customer service is acceptable.
