    Alfredo helped me select and purchase my first G wagon. He was super helpful !!!! He called me and updated me weekly about the delivery of my vehicle. When it was closer to the time of the vehicle arriving he made sure all my paper work was a seamless and easy process! He overnighted me paper work as i was driving down from Dallas. When i came to pick up my car they unveiled the truck for me with a bow!! It was absolutely perfect . Trevor assisted with financing and made sure i got the best deal possible!     We finally decided to pay a visit to a Mercedes dealership after an unpleasant previous visit at another MB store closer to home. We lucked out with Jimmy as our sales consultant. Very polite and professional, which made the whole buying experience a good one to remember and recommend to others.     We had a great experience with MB of Selma. I was able to easily see the inventory online and chat with a sales representative ahead of time. We visited the showroom and it was a first class experience from beginning to end. Adrian is exceptionally knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. Trevor is incredibly enthusiastic and helpful. The entire staff is friendly and professional, not pushy. They’ve followed up with me to make sure everything is exceeding expectations. They had a surprising selection of inventory given todays car market. Easiest car buying experience to date.

    I went into looking for a camper van with lots of interest but had a few reservations about actually buying the vehicle. All that changed with good old fashioned bargaining.     I needed basic scheduled service on my vehicle, made an appointment a week in advance to ensure I received a loaner. I drove on the day of the appointment 20 minutes to get the service and was only informed when I walked in that no loaner was available. I had to make a lot of schedule changes to make this date. I spent an hour of my time driving to and from the dealership. A two minute phone call would have been respectful and saved my time. It’s not the fact that a loaner wasn’t available, it’s the fact that they had hours to call me and let me know and they didn’t.

    For the second time in a row it took over an hour to check our car in for service. There was only one service advisor to check everyone in. I saw the service manager come inside once or twice but spent most of the time walking around outside. However, Mira was very courteous and apologized for the wait when checking people in. Also, the total costs (Inc tax) quoted to me via text was not the amount I ended up paying.

    I arrived 15 minutes early for a 9:00 am appointment. I was on my way in a loaner within 30 minutes. I went to the Quarry for an appointment and had lunch. Walking back to the loaner car I received a call from Doug. my service advisor saying my car was serviced so I went directly back to the dealership. My car was waiting in the shade with the A/C going. I was on my way back home within 15 minutes. Easy as it could be. My car was freshley washed and that made the drive home even more enjoyable.

    Service department did a great job, however the sales department really let me down. I had my vehicle serviced for a routine oil change and while there decided I was interested in trading in my vehicle. Spent about 2 hours waiting for review of my trade and even test drove the car I wanted. After being patient and spending as much time as they needed to get the deal started, I was abruptly turned away by them saying, “We’ll help you when your husband comes to the dealership.” As serious as my husband and I were, it didn’t seem enough for the sales department to take us seriously. We drove up to Mercedes-Benz of Selma this afternoon to finish the deal only to have been told that amazingly 3 out of the 4 vehicles were sold on one of the coldest mornings of the year. This was not communicated to us last night before the dealership closed, this morning when the store opened, or on the way to the dealership after driving an hour to get there. Now, I’m here with a willing trade and new vehicle-less. Really disappointed.

    I wished I could leave 0 stars for this location. Their service department is absolutely terrible to deal with and I’ve only had to take my car here twice. You can expect to not get an update for MULTIPLE days while they have you car. We recently had to deal with their sales department, terrible. They take advantage of their customers here in price. We took the time to drive to Boerne Mercedes and saved $5K!

    Funny part is I called this dealership ahead of time to find out the required information needed to accomplish my task before I arrived. Then when I arrived I was still told more information was required. That fact though frustrating as I'm sure you can understand. After all I went out of my way to make sure I had everything needed and covered only to be informed this was not the case. But that said, ok hey mistakes happen. However when I attemp to explain the situation the approach of the "gentleman" on the sales floor, and the way he spoke to me as customer was rude and leaves a lot to be desired to say the least. And for that fact, I walked out. I will go out of my way and travel further to do buisness where I will be spoken to with respect and be treated like my business matters to the dealership that I am spending my money at.

    I have to start off by saying the experience at this dealership was phenomenal! I originally went in to acquire about a GLA250 which seem to be very hard to find currently. They had 1 on stock so I figured why not take a look. I was put in touch with Jimmy who immediately sent his business card and said the car would be ready when we arrived. Upon arrival my husband and I looked at the vehicle. It has everything I could want but I wasn't in love with it. That being said we took some time to look around at other models which led us to finding the GLC300 that is pictured below. The model had so much and the exact interior/exterior I was looking for! Jimmy was so helpful in this process when it came to comparing the vehicles since we were first time buyers. We then sat down and worked some numbers since we had a trade in and came to a deal! It was a super smooth process and honestly the best car dealership experience I've ever had. We had some downtime in between paperwork which caused my husband to start looking around. He spotted the car below that's pictured and fell in love with it. Jimmy took note of his interest and finished working our deal. I told my husband to sleep on it and see where he was tomorrow on a decision. Well, 9am came and he was dead set on purchasing that car! My husband immediately texted Jimmy who then told us to come so we could begin working that trade/numbers. Never in my life have I purchased a brand new vehicle let alone a luxury one but we did it back to back without any issues from the dealership! Both deals were smooth and quick, Jimmy even had both cars cleaned and filled up for us. We now have a Mercedes connection for life and will be returning customers! Can't recommend this dealership enough especially Jimmy!

I was extremely surprised and overwhelmingly satisfied with the customer service I received. I WAS NEVER bombarded by annoying salesman who are often known for their judgmental attitude. I was treated like a member of the Mercedes-Benz family even after they knew I wasn’t looking for a vehicle. They were kind enough to show me around and treated me as if I purchased a new $150K car.     We experienced an issue with our wheel on our Mercedes Sprinter chassis-based RV. We were told that driving on the cracked wheel was dangerous so we went directly from the tire shop to MB, without an appointment. They took our coach in immediately and pulled the wheel. Unfortunately, it was an after-market wheel and we had to order it from the RV dealer and had it shipped directly to the Mercedes dealer. MB installed the new wheel and balanced the tires for a nominal fee. We are very happy with the way our situation was handled.

    My overall experience with the service manager Rick. Horrible. The lack of customer service from him and the fact the dealership didn’t honor a coupon that was sent to me from corporate. Would never do business with Mercedes in Selma. Received better service from Chevrolet than Mercedes Benz. I would suggest to Buy BMW or another luxury brand that knows how to treat customers. If I could give zero stars I would.

    Scheduled a repair appointment with Joel Gastelum back in January. The whole experience was very pleasant and the repair was completed quickly in a very orderly manners. I would recommend this dealership because not only they have less people coming in for service compare to the one in SA or Borne, but their dealership is very new and its a pretty nice visit.

    I set an apt for service for my service van at 8am, called at 2:30pm to check if van was ready. Was informed that the van had not been even looked at at that point. I woke up early this morning to be at my apt as scheduled in order for it to be ready today since I use my service van for my customers. Service advisor failed to mention it would not be ready today, why set up an apt for service if you are only going to take the van in and let it sit, its not like there are any cars in the bay area and be told it wasn't going to ready until Monday after lunch maybe. For a high end dealership the customer service for the service dept is not up to Mercedes standard. It's disappointing as a Mercedes customer to pay so much and not get decent service, will be going elsewhere for service.

    Disappointed with the customer service, took our Vehicle in to get serviced (has only 40,000miles) Maria the service advisor calls us back saying we need a whole new motor. It’s been 2 weeks calling them for a print out of what test got performed to determine this outcome am still no phone call returned and when we call we get left on hold.

    We recently purchased a Audi S5 from out of state. The only great is the dealership was clean and the price was good. Service was lacking from the sale to finance. They didn’t treat customers like our local Mercedes dealer does. Also, I would NEVER have my car serviced with them. Attached is two pictures. I asked if it was lowered, which we didn’t mind if it was. He said the technician said it was stock. Well, that’s clearly a lie. Either the “technician” is too lazy to verify and/or did not check or they are just uneducated .

    DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!! Not only did it take a week for them to look at the vehicle, they made up some ABSURD story of a spilled water bottle being underneath the passenger side seat, causing the airbag sensor to malfunction. Where is the proof there was a water bottle under the seat (which voids warranty). Initially said the A/C was fine until pressured to look into it further there is a leak (which is under warranty). $300 diagnostic test later can not confirm if the airbag works or produce said water bottle. $800 quoted to repair airbag sensor. After fueling up, the driver of the car was heading to return the rental to get the unfixed vehicle was rear-ended by a Tesla. PD came and filled out a report and obtained both parties' information. A police report was given to the dealership and since they couldn't get the driver who was at fault insurance company on the telephone immediately, they would not release the unfault driver's car until she paid her insurance's $500 deductible. They claim they have never heard of RedPOINT insurance as the at-fault driver mentioned it was the insurance that came with the TELSA. Futhermore, Mercedes Benz of Selma’s service manager would not provide documentation of promise to refund the deductible they demanded once they filed with the at-fault driver's insurance. The receipt showing the $500 paid does NOT state what payment was for. The treatment we have received is inexcusable and will we will be going higher for resolution.

    Paige, we are deeply concerned your experience here was not 100% to your satisfaction. The Mercedes-Benz warranty that comes with all vehicle is 4 years or 50,000 miles for factory defects. After diagnosing your vehicle for the airbag malfunction, we found no factory defects, but multiple water bottles and cups under the seat which caused damage to the electrical connectors. The warranty on the vehicle does not cover outside influence, which includes accident or vehicle modifications. Since the malfunction light was not caused by a factory defect but outside influence, it not a warrantable repair. The amount you paid was for diagnosing the vehicle, removing the seat, removing water bottles and cups and repairing the damaged wiring harness connector. While it is unfortunate you were involved in accident with the loaner vehicle, thankfully no one was injured. When you signed and initialed the forms for the loaner vehicle you were made aware you were responsible for all damages to the vehicle. Your deductible is collected when you return the vehicle until the claim is settled with the insurance company. When another vehicle is involved in the accident, until the other party's insurance takes responsibility for the damages and the claim is settled and paid, you are responsible. The initial claim for damages should have been started by you, being the driver of the vehicle. Since you did not file the claim, we were able to contact Tesla's insurance to start the claim, but since their insured has not taken responsibility, you are fully responsible for all damages. If it determined by Tesla insurance that their insured is at fault and the vehicle is repaired, then your $500.00 deductible will be returned to you. If after their investigation they find out you are at fault, then a claim will be filed with your insurance company and the deductible paid will go towards the repair of the vehicle.     Came in to the store for 2 things. To buy some parts I needed and to see how much I can get for my BMW X5 Diesel and looking to buy something with a 3rd row seat. So I headed to parts first and some lady was there and I asked if they could help me. She stayed I’m sorry parts closes at 4PM. So I said ohh ok you guys need to check your phone system because it says parts closes at 5PM. She reply’s with a rude tone well that Corporate in New Jersey that does the website ( I know I said phone system not website ) she proceeds to turn her back at me and literally just walk away and go into another door that says authorized personnel only. Well that was my first interaction with someone at this relatively new store in Selma and it will also be the last one. So I won’t consider doing business with them as I don’t think “Blowing people off and ignoring them and turning your back at them” is something customers deserve under any circumstances. Live and learn!
