I think one important thing you need to tell the customer is truth. 1st I was told I can take the check home then if I no longer needed it I can return within 24hrs. I brought it back within the next hour. Now im told they have to hold my title 3 to 5 business days until the check clears on their end? Check wasn't deposited, written on, and now I have to wait 5 days to get my title back?? I feel next time that has to be told to the customers before they sign the documents. Here i am without the funds or title. Stephanie was respectful and fast at her job but you need to work on better communication on the important details of the loan.

Naomi and Stephanie are very kind. I enjoyed my experience with them. Very fast and easy. Naomi explained everything clearly and I had full understanding when I walked out the door. Only downfall is it was very hot. They need the AC fixed ASAP. These woman are sweating and so was I. I recommend this location is San Marcos. Great customer service.
