Manger is very rude and cannot control herself. Buyers and sellers were fine but cannot believe her attitude. The rest of the team were courteous and responsive.

We closed with company and had a modification, and since they did not due diligence search for us we are now obligated to pay back $14,000. They are not offering any additional help to us since our home is sold (commission made) and no help from their end. They are not even apologetic for their MISTAKE! I hope they can sleep at night.

Horrible service! I have yet to receive my closing documents and continue to get the run around or no response. This has been going on for months.

A mistake has been made on my deed and they will not return my phone calls. Now I am being told that my property address is not on file after only 2 months. I paid them $1700 at closing thinking that everything would be correctly done. My next step is to go to the office which is a long drive to talk to someone face to face. I will never deal with these people again!!!!
