I really dislike the remodeling design of the Littleton branch. I wonder how many other customers feel the same. The service has always been very good and continues to be great. But the interior layout is horrible. I didn't feel like I was in a bank, but rather a sports bar/restaurant. Sorry š please note the photos in the Google search are not showing the new remodeling design.

The automated system is unethical and doesn't bring you always to the right source. Understanding high call volume there is no exscuse for being on hold for a pick up for 2 days straight at separate times for over a 35min wait!

My experience is that this branch is never "slow", it does get busy occasionally and there is a reasonable wait time. I personally have been in customer service for over eleven years, I have exceedingly high standards for even mediocre customer service. I am extremely impatient and i am not very friendly. I'm not unfriendly, I am just not warm and I keep people at a distance. This branch has always been pretty excellent to me and at what they do. I actually drive about 5 miles to this branch though there is one much closer to my home. No person on earth is perfect, no place of business is perfect, if any error did occur on my account or something of that nature, it was immediately easily corrected, so much so that I don't even remember any sort of problem arising. Everyone at this location has been on point but I have had a great experience with Derek W.

I banked with public service before it changed to canvas and never had issues with the Fort Collins braches. When I moved down here and stared going to this branch I started to have issues....They always pushed the overdraft line of credit on me and I always said no. One teller once told me I paid 400$ of overdraft fees I could not remember her name. However, This information was incorrect I actually had only 1 overdraft fee the entire time I banked with Public Service/canvas. I was pretty upset about this and upset about how they continued to push this every time I went in. I decided to speak with the branch manager about this issue because I was considering switching to another bank. I could not remember the teller's name and she said that she couldn't do anything since I didn't remember the employee. She took little to no responsibility for this issue and continue and to tell me that I would have paid nothing in overdraft fees with overdraft protection. She didn't not try to save me as a customer and was rude about trying to single out the employee. I don't think it was fair for her to be so pushy about who the employee was. As a branch manager she should have done everything she could to keep me as a customer. I took my money and I went to another credit union. And I'm so glad I did they aren't pushy and their online banking system works way better. Also canvase's online banking is really bad, it's really poorly set up and making online credit card payments is confusing to set up.

I deposited my pay check and they put it on hold for a week even after the money had came out of my bosses account! They are super rude. I left my wallet at home which had my ID in it and didnāt realize until I got there. The lady there was so rude about it even after I told her I would go back home and get it. The customer service is terrible. The online banking always shows the wrong amount. Moral of the story donāt get an account here. Iāve had mine for a month and am going to close it. My grandpa has a loan through them and regrets that too.

Really no complaints on staff, just an overall decline since Canvas took over PSCU. Member for 30 years, and wow. May have to look in to a new credit union.

I realize that using an affiliate FCU adds an extra layer of process but if you are unable to deal with it, STOP being an affiliate with other FCU'S. I have used this affiliate for about 10 account deposits, long waits, problem with transactions and just a general lack of knowledge and communication. I have since found another affiliate for my banking.

It's unfortunate that a well to do establishment such as this does not have the heart to be able to understand the predictaments or hardships that this family has gone through and been through. They are more willing to hurt people's credit and belittle there predicament in order to get ahead! Establishments like make me sick!

If I could give them zero stars I would! I went in a few days ago to deposit a few checks and gave them my bank account information and ID. I however did not mention what credit union coincided with the account to the teller(Kevin T.) that I was apart of , nor was I asked by him. Thank god I checked the transaction receipt, my checks were deposited into the wrong account! They did correct it, but WHAT IS THE POINT of giving you IDENTIFICATION if you don't check and make sure it MATCHES the correct account. I specifically said my savings and checking! After the transaction occurred the teller was not remotely ashamed of his mistake, he didn't even apologize and was more brazen that I had pointed out his shoddy effort. He had not even an ounce of shame or moral integrity to own up to his error. I then spent 8 minutes on the phone and finally got through to a clerk o to file a complaint regarding the teller at the branch. The clerk told me the bank manager , Theresa, was not available at the time but would give me a call back. I have yet to get a call. This is not good customer service on both managerial and staff alike. I'm surprised this credit union is still in business.

I have been a canvas credit Union member for a few years and have always had very good service. Quick and friendly.. every time. Marlene was especially helpful when I came in this week. She let me know of different services and accounts and CDs and was extremely helpful and pleasant. Thank you Marlene!
