CanPay S Lowell Blvd, Littleton

Canpay used to be great. Never had issues with purchase power. Since the update. My purchase power is always zero. I have to update my bank info, and sometimes that don't work. When it does it will only give me a small amount of purchase power. I've never had a returned purchase. But since the update. I can't seem to ever get more then 30 or 40 bucks of purchase power. It's becoming extremely inefficient.

Loyal user for over a year never get more than 289 in purchase power in any account no matter if i transfer 5 grand over to the account or 5 dollars. Support is useless as well.

They won't verify me and won't give me a reason besides "try again in 90 days." Yeah no thanks.

Have never had a problem with CanPay. I would suggest anyone to use it.

Be careful can easily overdraft because funds aren't taken immediately. I was overdrafted and charged with a insufficient funds fee from canpay and my bank only because I got paid an hour after they took out the money. Paid and still have my account locked out for weeks. I'd stick to cash.

Other than the app being basically useless 50% of the time I haven’t had a bad experience. All these people upset because of overcharge and overdraft fees, literally no idea what they’re talking about. You have a provided balance on canpay you can use at any ONE TIME purchase (mine is $550) and thats your limit. I never spend that, maybe $80-$120 every couple weeks. As long as the money is in your account, I have never had any issues. Only here recently am I getting annoyed with the app never working, they updated and since the update it’s been such a pain in the a$$ to use. Other than that I think it’s fantastic I don’t have to wait in line at the dispensary. Pre pay ready for pick up every time

Never a problem, and if you read other reviews, people clearly can't balance a checkbook. It works fine and costs nothing.

I really enjoy this service. I only wish that more places accepted it. Never had a issue..

Will never use their services again. They charge a $25 unpaid fee because I was in the process of switching bank accounts. I ask for a waiver and they refused. First time this happened. Customer hardship during Covid 19 and they still don’t care about their customers. Avoid using at all costs to save $$. I for one refused to pay it and hoping more customers complain about their terrible customer service

The worst app. They charged me $40 when I overdrew by a few bucks (+ $35 as a bank charge) and told me they were legally required to charge it. When I complained, they told me that the fee is company policy, they are not legally required to charge it, and they withdrew the charge. So despite the fact that they lied through their teeth, I decided not to write a negative review since they reversed the fee. BUT four days after I corrected the overdraw (which was within 24 hours of the overdraw) I go to my dispensary and they tell me MY ACCOUNT IS DISABLED?? Furthermore, I can’t even find CanPay on the app store any longer, even though I talked to them on the phone this week. Probably removed by Apple for breaking the law and telling customers their $40 fees are “legally required”.
