John and Andy are awsome the shop is great!! They are very customer oriented and actual care about their customers, knowledgeable in alot of aspects more so than any other shop I have been to. Excellent friendly service. I ordered a product that was delivered to Broadway Jewelry & Pawn. They notified me as soon as the item arrived. I went to the store the next day and was in and out in a very short time. If I need a similar service in the future, I will definitely use Broadway Jewelry & Pawn.

This is a fantastic small business. They value their customers like family, they have great quality items that are priced well, and they stand behind them. Their showroom and items are very clean and professionally presented. We have always found Jonathan, his wife, and Manager Andy to be fair and honest while doing business with us and we believe it’s a safe place to do business that you can trust.

Probably the most honest and fair pawn shop I have ever been to. I sold my guitar, and we went over retail price, what the shop might sell it for, and what I would get for it to be worth it. We both had the same number in mind. Used to having to haggle just to get what the item is worth. Come here before other pawn shops!

Straight forward, no hastle and square deal for selling them a item. Clean store and an awesome dog welcomes customers. Way better than your normal pawn shop experience.

I went in with an item my husband and I did not want any longer. The man that helped us greeted us immediately and got straight to work when we explained we were just interested in the value. He valued it for us, told us what he would pay and what he would sell it for. We did not want to leave with this item so the price he would buy it for could have been $20.00 and we would have accepted. Being the type of item it was, he knew this and he knew we did not know anything about the value. He still valued it, letting us know it was not junk. Transparency, great attitude and fairness are all anyone could ask for! Very pleased with our experience and the calmness of this shop. Very different taste than the chains. Thank you!

I cannot say enough about this pawn shop. It’s clean the people are great, the service is fast and efficient. I have been doing business with these guys for over 2 years now. They are very reasonable on the things that they sell. They are also very customer service friendly and are willing to work with you during difficult times. More importantly the loans they offer are competitive, the items they sell are of good quality and finally I would definitely recommend this pawnshop to you.

The individuals that run this this customer friendly environment with absolutely fabulous merchandise especially in the jewelry area among other things with a price that is affordable fair and Ginuwine I would rather shop here for my jewelry then shopping at jewelry outlet retailer I want people to know that the jewelry is just the same as purchasing it out of a high scale jeweler

Excellent customer service. They will soon be able to load a debit card such as Venmo (and others) saving me (and maybe you) a trip to deposit the cash they currently loan. I'm super excited about this!

Great people. Very knowledgeable. Also, they honored a discount price on a few items even though they were not included in the sale. They did this because they didn't tell me these items were excluded from the sale when I looked at the items the day before the sale started and I said I'd come back next day for them. Also they ran somebody off who was trying to pawn items that clearly were not his. Very honorable.

This is the best pawn shop around! My wife and I came in to try and pawn a ring and Jonathan helped us out and was very honest about pricing and what we could get and recommended we seek private party as I would receive more than what I would from them. Jonathan was very knowledgeable about the jewelry we brought in. We also looked at some handguns they had for sale at the store and he was able to answer all of our questions and was also very knowledgeable about the firearms they had. The customer service we received was superb and we will definitely be coming back! If you’re looking for friendly knowledgeable staff and great value for what they have this is the place to go!
