I would like to thank Brett Shields, our loan Officer with Pivot Lending Group. He has closed two loans for us in the last year. He is amazing to work with. He is so calm and patient and does not mind answering as many questions as I had. He was always polite and available whenever I needed him. He is very knowledgeable and he helped me to find the best loan and terms for our financial needs and goals. I would highly recommend working with Brett.

Without a doubt, dealing with Pivot Lending has been the worst experience of my life! Dealing with the death of a loved one is easier. My loan wasn't approved until 15 hours before closing. The requests for documentation was endless, try logging into the IRS website not once but twice for documentation and the requests for documentation has continued AFTER ClOSING! The appraisal came in higher than the purchase price, which sent the entire loan process into a tail spin, yes I did say higher. And these are just a few of the low points in dealing with Pivot Lending. My recommendation, avoid Pivot Lending at all cost.

I thank Brett Shields for navigating me through the refinancing process. His communication with me was excellent and often, and was so patient with me. Things went so quickly, thanks to Brett's focus.

Pivot got us a loan that met our needs better than some other larger lenders. We needed to reduce our payments and Pivot’s loan had both the lowest interest rate for the 30 year term we needed. The agent, Ben, helped make the loan qualification process smoother by explaining documentation requirements and setting up a two-location closing we needed due to my husband’s travel schedule.

Best experience ever. All around 5 stars. I can’t recommend them enough. Brett Shields handled our purchase of a home and made it painless. From his quick responses and seamless communication with our realtor he was incredible. I mean maybe an hour response time on every form of communication. Time is of the essence in this market and he gets that. Not only did he have emails out on weekends and after hours he was very quick and willing to be creative with the loan. The market right now is absolutely crazy and he was able to make things work and was very creative when it came to different situations that came up. Five stars. The best home buying experience I could have asked for. Look no further. Brett Shields is THE best there is.

Just want to preface that the 5 stars go to Pivot and their team but I wouldn't be giving them 5 stars if it wasn't for Marc Emrich! Marc helped me through my situation with ease and couldn't have done this without him. He was very responsive and knew what he was doing. He was very straight fourth with what he needed and by when, and if you follow his directions, not a problem can get in your way. Like I said before, the whole team is great, however if you go with Pivot, PLEASE ask for Marc!

I have nothing but good things to say about Pivot Lending Group. They are a group with a great wealth of knowledge about the mortgage as well as the financial space in general. They are very responsive and thorough in their approach and show excellent communication skills. The team works really well in tandem and are excellent at covering/collaborating with each other. During the course of our refinance we worked with a total of three folks and each person displayed great professionalism and always had a handle on the case file. I would highly recommend Tyler Stewart at Pivot Lending!! He made the process from start to finish very easy and stress free. He was not at ALL pushy like many lenders we talked to when shopping around, but answered all of our many questions quickly and efficiently whenever we called or emailed. Refinancing can be a process for sure, but Tyler kept us updated along the way, made sure we clearly understood what need needed to get to them so we could do it quickly and keep things moving. Brett has gone over and above what would be considered "a good job"! Brett has helped out and answered phone calls, texts & emails after hours and on weekends to help get my loan completed. We had just about given up trying to refinance our home due to previous letdowns with other vendors!! Then I received contact from Pivot Lending, specifically Paul Akers. He proceeded to find out our situation and assess what he could do! The whole process was as efficient and painless as could be!! Paul was attentive and concerned throughout the whole process!
