If I could give more stars I would!! Dustin and Heather are amazing. Both my real estate agent and my title company mentioned at different times what a great job they did. They made me feel like I was their only customer. They answered emails and texts quickly and professionally. They were days ahead with paperwork and working with us to decide our rate.They were considerate of our schedules and worked with us to find convenient times. I can’t say enough good about this team. I highly recommend Canopy Mortgage.

We worked with Brian Bowen at Canopy Mortgage and he was phenomenal. We hit a few bumps in the road during our loan process and he was always very responsive and quick to get everything done, despite the challenges. He always happily answered my many, many calls and questions and is very knowledgeable. He made our whole process go extremely smooth. One of the worst mortgage lending companies in the world. You may say I am exaggerating but they truly are one of the worst. It feels so good to have closed!!! Our loan was a bit on the trickier side due to some escrow holdbacks that needed extra documentation, but the teams at Canopy were agile and able to reprocess and rebalance quickly for us to meet our deadlines. Our mortgage officer, Troy Ellis, took very good care of us. All who have financed a home purchase (especially a new build) know there are many moving parts and numerous ways to fall out of conformity 😣 - with that said, some of the curves balls we threw at Canopy, I’m still not sure how they were able to pull the deal back together and get us back on track so quickly. They are superhero’s in my book. 😄 So grateful we went with them. I highly recommend Canopy Mortgage for their outstanding abilities, amazing customer service, AND their very cool tools online that made the application process easier for us to navigate. I especially appreciated a tool integrated into our application process that allowed us to explore various scenarios and see, all in one chart, the breakdown of rates, fees, costs and cash to close at different interest rates available by buying down or relinquishing points. Our mortgage officer, Troy, helped us understand the breakeven time periods and the effect on monthly payment amount of the options available, so it was much easier for us to decide which rate was best for us. Btw, the interest rates at Canopy were as good as any that we could find elsewhere.

I can’t even put into words how incredible my experience with Diana Landry was. This was our first home purchase and Diana walked us through every step of the way. She answered every and all questions we had. If you are looking to purchase a home or refinance a current home Diana is the best there is.
