I went to Castro valley location as a customer and ended up working as a Customer service Representative. This is one of the best place I have worked so far. The manager here is awesome, she always gives her best to please her Customer as well as her employees. Great teamwork to provide excellent service to the customers. You will always get the help you needed. I ended up leaving this company for my career, but I still recommend people to work here.

Do not come here they’re racist. To cash a check for me when I got there they were asking me where did I get the check from why did I get this check who gave me the check just a lot of questions they had three people ask me the same same question. They didn’t end up cashing my check because they couldn’t verify it and they said the thanks didn’t pick up the phone. I called the bank and they picked up a phone within one minute.

The ladies here are always so welcoming, kind, fun and very respectful. Always say hi to me and call me by my name which is just so nice to hear when u go into a any business. My time is never wasted there.

I came to cash my paycheck. They wasted 45 minutes of my time collecting all kinds of personal information about me, called my boss and verified the check, then told me that the manager (who was not even in the office) couldn't verify my check so were not going to cash it for me. What a joke. Waste of my time.

I have been a Western Union customer of this store for long time. Every time I go there, I received a great service over there. The store is neat and clean, and the staffs are professional, friendly, and have great customer serice skills. I highly recommend this place for check cashing, loans, and Western Union.

Shady business practices. Went to pick up Western Union sent to me, and they collected a bunch of unnecessary information after already being presented with ID and Confirmation (which should've been all that's required per Western Union).

Friendly people, helpful and clean atmosphere. They offer various transactions to make life easier!
