Check Into Cash Hesperian Blvd, San Lorenzo

Horrible customer service. I have came twice, once to cash a check and again for a money order. They denied me service both times and sent me to another check cashing place. The first time the lady said it was her first time and they just went into new management so she couldn't open the drawer. Sounded legit so I left but today there was no problems with my ID or my money order. The manager again stated that they are under new management and can't cash my money order. How long does it take for new management to get it together? They didn't even look at my information. I tried to explain what I needed and the manager and supervisor stopped me while I was talking and said they will not cash my money order here and to go down the street. Then as I'm sitting here in the parking lot writing my review because I got time today, another lady walks in and they seemed to help her just fine. Not sure what the problem is but this place seems to pick and choose who they want to help.

Great customer service. I was greeted with a smile and warm welcome. The ladies working are extremely professional and helped me promptly.

LaQuisa and Monta are wonderful ladies. They take great care of you and are as flexible as they can be. They always have a smile, friendly, and about the customer. This is a humble place to do business at without stress.

I'm not one to write reviews but after numerous wonderful great service experiences with Monta & then recently running into her at the grocery store something told me I needed to speak up. I've been attended by other reps which have been awesome but nothing like Monta. Monta is kind, asks relevant questions, gets you in & out when necessary, has a smile that reflects from the moment you arrive into the parking lot, & at the right moments asks questions about my wife & daughter as if she knew they mean the world to me. At the end of the day I'm going with the assumption at SLZ Check Into Cash she is being well taken care of because the talent she has is well needed across the customer service, training, and management board. In a time where tomorrow is not promised it is always so nice to be greeted by happy smiling faces. The staff is great Laquisa and Kerrie are extremely helpful. Laquisa customer service was above and beyond with making sure I was helped in a timely manner. Thanks ladies.

Monta Pratt is excellent. Her Customer service is superb and is truly a national treasure! The services are very good but the store hours are hard for day workers. A community alternative to greedy banks.

Every time I go into the San Lorenzo branch the employees are nothing but smiling faces and pleasant conversation. They are Extremely professional and always helpful. I really appreciate the service they provide.

Worst customer service ever! When I arrived a be back in 15 minutes sign was up, so I waited, half an hour later the representatives show up & don't even turn on the open sign. The representative helping another lady who waited just as long as me, literally starts yelling at her for not having direct deposit & sent her to another location for yelling back at her. She denied me for a payday advance saying because I started my acct in LA my loan may get denied, then she stated because my loan went into default I never qualified to do business with them again. Obviously she doesn't want to go through the hassle of all the paperwork a payday loan involves. I applied online & instantly got approved, waste of my time. Smh
