Cash 1 A St, Hayward

Slow service, 3 people in line, took 47 min by time I get to the window. 2 people behind the desk only 1 person working. Will not be coming back or recommending this place to anyone. If you have things to do or a tight schedule, DO NOT come here. Complete waste of time. The check cashing place on A st is alot faster.

Stay away from this place. The only good thing is the african america guy with long hair was so helpful. Customer service is the worst here.

Worst experience ever, the lady in the counter ( prolly Spanish with glasses ) doesn’t even know how to do her job . Never be back or recommend to anyone . Horrible customer service:(

Today i went to Cash 1 and was helped by Erin. She did EVERYTHING in her power to make sure i was completely satisfied customer. She went above and beyond just customer service. I am 110% satisfied. 10 out of 10 highly recommend to anyone needing any of the services they provide. You definitely deserve a cake 😂

I frequently go to this place but what happened I went to cash a $40.00 check and the clerk had said he could not cash it because the bank he called said not to and kept the check.which was a tip from a company that I had worked for that day.a ligit company . Pacific Staging co. Can they do that with out reason ?

I have no idea why this place has such such low review, if I could give it past 5 stars I would. This place is seriously helpful. I had gotten the stimulus check in a check form and no where would cash it because of one issue or another and I don't have a bank account per say, this place cashed my check with no problems and really helped me out in a time of need, it will always be remembered and I am truly thankful for their help and kindness toward my Husband and I. God bless this place!

Honestly, I think the staff need to work on their customer service skills more. Its always something going on when I go there, and I only ben there twice. Whoever the girl is her attitude doesnt throw off nice and the gentleman, man word of advice Just work on your guys customer service skills man.

There are times when it gets hectic in there. However, my experience has been staff does their best. The new manager, George, is awesome. Tameka is great. . Yeah , sometimes it takes a while.. but they do their very best to be quick n efficient.

Awful!!! The lines are always long and they always take forever. There is one employee, a male that will leave to go smoke when there are 5 plus people in line with only 1 person at the counter. I also called the other day to confirm that they were going to debit my account, and asked if they could do it that same day and the person I spoke with assured me that he would note my account and they had my debit info and for me not to worry about it. To this day they $$$ has not been pulled out of my account. They sent my check to the bank instead of debiting my account like I asked them too. Ugh!! so frustrating!

Always a wait line. I think they just need more help, but always quality service.
