California Check Cashing Stores E 14th St, San Leandro

Came here today to cash 2 checks. This old lady named Debrah was very rude from the start. I noticed that while helping another customer she constantly kept raising her voice at them for no reason. When it was finally my turn she scanned my checks and she first claimed that the checks were more than a year old! (Which they weren’t). Then I pointed out the date and then she claimed that the checks had already been cashed and took both of my checks and said she had reported them to her corporate. This lady kept coming up with excuses not to cash my checks. I asked to speak to the manager since I hadn’t cashed them and she claimed to be the manager and wouldn’t help me. I was treated like a criminal by this lady! I don’t understand why would this place would want to make her a manager (if she really is) if she’s going to treat customers very badly!

Ive been to several different check cashing places and this one by far is the best. The customer service from Tyler there is second to none. Id highly reccomend this location to friends and family. Thank you Tyler for being a shining light in the dark world of customer service

Came in to cash a check they were very rude had me there for a hour just to be racially profiled and discriminated against. Once they verify check three times to make sure it was not cash once they seen that it wasnt they still did not want to help me. They were extremely rude and unprofessional. And this happened no just one time but 3 other times in 3 other occasions when i cash my check.

Store is a joke they are the rudest ever, one of my employees went to cash their check, and they called me for verification and they still told the employee NO. I heard the teller on the phone say, "I'm not going to cash it because I don't have to" and then they hung up the phone on me...It was a legit Citibank Check BTW

Here now and there's 10 people in line. And it hasn't moved much in 20 minutes. Only 1-2 people actually working the customers and everyone else is chatting behind the glass partition. Every single time I'm here it's the same story. Luckily I only have to be here once a month.

I walked in 3/29/2022 at 6:59pm and the service rep refused to cash my check and told me he drawer was counted and closed before the store actually closed then proceeded to giggle with the trainee. HORRIBLE SERVICE

I have never had a bad experience at San leandro CC. All the ladies are helpful, and polite. I started coming to this location almost a year ago. Because the store in Durant square closed the ladies at that location great also. Thanks CC

Today, both Georgina and Jasmine were very helpful, courteous, kind, and professional. Thank you for being available on Sundays.

This company sucks big time there slow as hell need to hire more people and keep them i sat in there and waited 35 damn mins i couldn't believe i was sitting there that long they need to get it together please for the community they were very unprofessional l.
