Bryce was excellent -- my wife and I were shopping TIC refinance options and Bryce quickly broke down our options and came up with a plan that matched our goals. Bryce also realized that some retail banks could probably get us a better rate then he was able to -- without hesitation he referred us to a loan manager at another bank (even though that's not really in his immediate interest).
