My home buying process was challenging and James provided outstanding support and guidance throughout the entire process. James was always honest and transparent which helped alleviate many of the concerns I had. James was always available to answer all of my many questions and was always cheerful even when the news wasn't the best. I wouldn't have this great home without his help.

Borrower beware. Joe Trippy will mislead you into thinking he can get you approved! Then he will send out emails saying “corporate” has everything approved just waiting on formal “sign offs” to your agent and the listing agent. He does not care about wasting anyone’s time or money. To call this company incompetent would be a compliment. Joe Trippy is a great story teller and time waster. His co worker Luis Carrera is just as bad. Also listing agents beware of any Pre qualification letters you may receive from Joe Trippy as he doesn’t seem to care about misleading and misrepresenting a potential buyer. Joe Trippy will not answer your calls or return them. He is very good at texting at around 4:55 p.m. saying tomorrow he will have an answer tomorrow, this will go on as long as you allow it. If you’re serious about buying a home I would stay as far away from this chop shop as you can. I have never witnessed an operation like this in almost 20 years of business. I hate that I even have to give them 1 star!

Alameda Mortgage and my loan officer Cuong were very helpful through my Jumbo loan process, it was a challenging market with rate increasing and many other factors, but Cuong helped me get the best rate and pricing for my loan. I compared to other lenders and he was able to offer me the best deal. His customer service is great, he is very knowledgeable and responded on a timely manner. My loan was a little bit different since it was a Jumbo loan this means there are many more requirements, and are more strict to get qualify. Alameda Mortgage and Cuong were able to help me step by step. My Jumbo loan was for a new construction home, and they were able to work nicely with the builder.

Kyle and his team went above and beyond to make our deal happen for our new home. They worked long nights and really pushed hard for our deal to close on our dream home. Truly a great team.
