Kaiperm Credit Union Newell Ave, Walnut Creek

I’ve been a member for about 15 years ! Over that time they have always been there for me ! Whether I needed a Loan during school; saving for my wedding ; refinancing my car; personal loans … they have made the whole experience each and every time , so smooth and easy! Every bank teller , some of which knew me by first name when I walked in, and every loan officer has been exceptional with my time and money management. I will forever recommend them, and be a loyal lifetime member ! Thank you for all you do KDFCU 🙂

My dealings with Kaiperm credit union was and is absolutely amazing. They communicate very well and all of the costumer service employees I dealt with very helpful. A + organization. Thank you for all you do. When the CEO of the bank steps in to help you because there short staffed tells you a lot.

Excellent Customer Service and the Shared Express Branch Services make banking here more convenient for the member when banking remotely😊

If I could give more stars, I would! Kaiperm is a small, very personable credit union and I have had many years of great service with them; however, the customer service I received last night was far superior to any I have ever experienced from ANY business. I had a weird mishap with my bank card and was stranded at 10 pm with no way to access my money for gas and bridge toll. Looking for assistance, I went to the Kaiperm website and sent a chat message. As expected, I received an automatic reply stating it was outside of normal business hours and someone would respond the following day "unless urgent." I responded "Urgent," more out of frustration than really expecting anything to happen. To my astonishment, someone replied and then called me. I could tell she had been sleeping, however she spent the next 20 to 30 minutes resolving the issue with my bank card. Even more impressive, she was the CEO of Kaiperm. I cannot give enough accolades to a business where the CEO works just as hard as a teller to help their customers. You are doing yourself a huge disservice by not banking with Kaiperm Credit Union!

I had a unique issue with making a purchase and their team made sure everything went through without issues. Even after it taking 3 hrs, they didn't stop until they resolved the issue.

Great staff, helpful and knowledgeable. Join this credit union, it will save you money over and above any "bank" in existence. Unlike Wells Fargo, they will NOT charge you unwarranted fees, open any accounts without your permission, charge you for unauthorized insurance on automobile loans, or process your deposits out of order so you have to pay exorbitant overdraft fees. This credit union has served me, and my family for many years, and I have never had a complaint about their service. I am sure that I have thousands of dollars over the last 30 years, due to low interest rates on loans, free checking and most importantly, ethical people who manage this credit union. Always courteous, typically answering the phone within 30 secs., and carrying a smile in the office. There obviously have fewer office staff then you would see in a big name bank, however their rates are very competitive and they provide a pleasant and hassle free customer experience.
