We started working with our CU to get pre-approved for a new mortgage loan and it was a nightmare - just to get a letter!. I needed that letter fast and called Midwest Mortgage just for information. Bruce answered my call and I can't tell you how lucky we are that he did! I was still talking to him when he emailed me the letter! Bruce made the financing of our new home a very enjoyable experience. His knowledgeable and friendly manner got us through what, we thought, might be problematic due to past credit issues. But, before we new it, we were preapproved! We even recommended close friends of ours to him during our property search and they ended up closing before we did! LOL! Our search took longer because of certain special needs we have for a house and we had to walk away from two accepted offers due to home inspection issues that cropped up that could not be amicably resolved.
