    Very disappointed we have purchased three cars through here now so I trusted the salesman when they said that the chips in my windshield had bee filled before I bought the car. Bam first day with snow having to use defrost it cracks across half my windshield. On top of them selling me the car without fully working headlights will definitely no be buying cars number four and five from this establishment

    Avoid at all costs - unprofessional- rip off and god forbid you have a problem with your new used vehicle - they don't care unless they got their money, but you come to find out the check engine fuse was unplugged and never inspected ( according to higher management at the main building) so they sell you a junk car - then after months of trying to get it sorted out - finally only one man Chris (who should be in charge) takes care of you ( to an extent because some things are out of his control). But now there was "NOTHING WRONG WITH THE CAR" (in quotes) but it stalled out? Makes sense. Pay overprice for a vehicle just to find out a not even a couple months later all of this nonsense. Although, there is nothing we can do besides find a more reliable dealer to buy this one off our hands- I hope y'all make the right decision and steer clear of this unprofessional place that treats you even worse because they are upset because you're upset with your purchase you assumed was going to be an great experience 😂😂

    Well I was working with someone at the Maumee lot and thought the experience was positive at first. I did not feel pressured and my sales guy was awesome, kind, helpful, and I felt he wanted to help me get the truck I wanted. So we went through the financial part, got the approvals so I go test drive a few vehicles and make a choice. I have a cosigner with an 840 credit score, so I could get a better interest rate and different options to choose from. I test drove these vehicles about noon and had to wait to go back with my cosigner to sign the dotted line for the purchase. So this is where things get fishy... I clearly have been on their website numerous times and the truck I chose stated a sales price of 33,325 online.... I had taken a snapshot of the ad to share with my daughter who lives states away. I am steady on their site for awhile making sure I am making the right decision and from one moment to the next, because they know I am coming back to finish the deal, the price on the truck I was buying went from 33,325 online to 38,900. I am also finding trucks just like the one I was getting for thousands cheaper so I alerted my sales person to see if he could do better but commiting to buying the truck from him either way because my experience was positive. So now the other half is home and we go back to Dave White in Maumee to sign the papers so I can take the truck home. We sit down, sales person starts going over numbers, we ask what's the bottom line on the truck. Sales guy says it 35,400 plus gap insurance....Ummm what??? The price initially online said 33,325 and thankfully I had a snapshot to prove that within the time I was there and said I wanted the truck to the time I came back to sign the price had been jacked up and apparently they thought they were going to fool me, well I may not have the best credit but I am not stupid. So sales guy goes back to "his boss" to redo numbers and whatnot and came back giving me the 33,325 as best price after I shopped and compared and told him I found the same truck in other places for less than 30,000. So that was never put into consideration once they were caught with the shady business of jacking up the truck after I committed to buying it. My other half did not like the 9 percent interest, so we decided to wait to get financing through our credit union for a cheaper rate. I did put down a 500 hold so they would not sell the truck while I am getting other financing options to go back and buy the truck. Salesman goes back to the bosses office to get us a bill of sale and once again the numbers we just discussed didn't add up...So now my other half is more involved and is not happy with the numbers game and shadiness happening with this sale. Knowing with his impeccable credit and being a cosigner for me that my options are pretty much open, he now wants me to shop around other places and not go back for the truck but to go back to get my 500 dollar hold payment back. So much for that good experience I guess! May I suggest for anyone wanting a vehicle from them to snapshot your price immediately before it is changed when your not paying attention so they can pad the deal because I am gonna bet this isn't the first time that has happen....it wasn't an accident....someone went in and jacked the price online by five thousand dollars after they knew I was coming back to buy the truck. That's shady shady business so the next dealer I find a truck at thanks you for giving them the sale and I will be back only to get my 500 hold money back.
