Charles was absolutely awesome. My wife and I are both firefighters and had heard from several people from our departments that Charles was the person to see for mortgages. Charles is great. Other lenders tried to make us put tons of money down, but not charles. He worked on the loan hard for us. He got the loan closed within 28 days of us picking a house out.
