BNT Title Company of California Executive Park, Irvine

This is my third time using BNT title, first was I refinance back in 2019 and 2021 I purchase my 2nd home and now 2022 I am selling home with BNT escrow again. They are very diligent and responsive. My refinance was tough one but what amazed me was how fast things get resolved and awesome communications and excellent team with BNT escrow and title rep. Definitely recommend this company. You can also call the title officer Alan Foronda direct for title assistance and or questions and their VP Natalie Fisher which super helpful and kind. 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

I have been calling this company for 2 weeks trying to get someone on the phone.. They were the title company for my refinance and they did some paper work wrong. Now It's come back to haunt me and I cant get ahold of anyone there to correct the mistake they made...

This escrow company is the worst, unprofessional as well as Cash call Mortgage. They charge extra fees that were not disclosed at the signing documents and they cooperate with Cash Call Mortgage to do ilegal transactions. I signed my loan documents with the agreement that we were going to pay $2300 and they changed the final payment to almost $2,600 without our knowledge. We refinanced our house to lower the Payment about $300 per month from PennyMac and as a result we are going to end up paying more. People be aware of this scams companies that don’t have a good reputation.

This title company is the worst I have ever dealt with as a public client or a professional in real estate. They rarely answer their phones. I left voicemails with our escrow agents Ms. Fischer and she never called back. I left general voicemails and they never called back. I spoke two several operators, but neither could give me any information about funding other that the day it funded. The one and only call back I received was after the loan finally funded. HORRIBLE SERVICE!!!

They issued me a "refund" of $1.45 and then put a stop payment on the check! My bank reversed the $1.45 and charged me $30 fee. Good luck reaching these people on the phone. Nightmare. I will fight to get the $30 back. Terrible company.

As a Real Estate Agent that has worked with various Title Companies in the areas I can say that Susie Kopt-Escrow Officer and Allan Foronda, Title Officer are top notch professionals. They are patient with my Buyer and Buyer's Agent and provide them with all the answers they need to feel confident about moving forward in a transaction. I am happy that I have found a Title Company BNT where my clients can have enjoyable experience . Looking forward to work with BNT again .

I DON’T EVER want to deal with them again. Bank of America selected this title company and they are awful. My loan documents are missing. The title company lost my paperwork. Hurricane Ida has been stressful enough but now BofA doesn’t know where my paperwork is?? BTN doesn’t answer their phones. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!

Totally unprofessional and incompetent. For charging huge fees, you would think they would do deed research right. After all that's why they existed, right? WRONG!! They came back and told lender there was something wrong with the deed (which was not!). My lender's title people took a look and said nothing was wrong (everything is plain language any joe schmo would understand it). As a result, the refi loan funding was delayed by by two days, and I have per extra per diem interest. Cannot fathom who incompetent this company is I dont even know if they have any shame.

Escrow co on my refi from Cash Call. They're about as incompetent as Cash Call. I had a question about the disbursements on my loan so I left three voicemails, for 2 different people. Nobody called me back. I'd say that's pathetic for someone who's my fiduciary...

They took my money, they made so many mistakes that delayed the process, I was waiting for my money back but it took them four months to figure my payment and still took a big chunk of it. Never again will do business with this money hungry company.
