Want to say thank you to the many members of Center Street Lending (CSL) who continue to make our dreams a reality. I originally called over 20 lenders (almost two years ago) before I spoke to Anthony Charles with CSL. We were approved and lent the entire budget which covered our hard costs for a custom home new construction build in San Diego. We actually came in on budget and almost on original timeline, with all the labor force, supply chain and COVID related issues of 2021. I reached out to CSL again for our next project and we just funded two properties AND the entire renovation budget for both (in San Diego also). Jeremiah Wiedman was incredible to work with. When dealing with big dollar (to me) contracts, it is important to have someone who is honest, transparent and always shoots you strait. The lending for this new project seemed fairly dynamic at the beginning, but Jeremiah walked us through the process seamlessly. As candid as I can be, you will not find better rates and terms, combined with a better team, than CSL has right now.
