Joe Pickens is hands down one of the realest salesman I have ever worked with. He was upfront and didn't pressure anything when we came in to look at a 2015 Highlander. He was patient while my husband and I talked about the vehicle and even took my sons pacifier that he dropped on the floor and washed it. He is a gem. Total time between test driving and finance was an hour and a half. Signing papers was so easy took 10 min and anyone with a toddler let alone one that missed their nap knows the value of that! First off, I worked with Sergio and Luis, it felt so good to know I was being treated with amazing customer service! I was kept informed throughout and given a few options as what my priorities should be. I appreciated that they completed my service and provided a beautiful wash inside too! The last dealer I had to ask and they said they were too busy… …. I had been going to BMW of Monrovia for the past couple of years and finally got fed up with the lack of quality and consistency in their service department . I drive over an hour to get to BMW of Ontario and it is worth it! The level of service, the communication and practically zero wait time I experienced was what I had been missing. Will was my advisor and I cannot say enough about what an amazing job he did. When they inspected my car I received a video from the mechanic pointing out areas of concern. I was kept in. the loop at all times about my car. You will be so happy you came here for service, and ask for Will. I won’t go anywhere else!

BMW Ontario service was exceptional. Tim was my service advisor. I originally went in for brake fluid for my 2020 750. Upon inspection my brake pads and rotors needed to be replaced as well. Tim was amazing at communicating with me. They also provided a service loaner since my car was kept overnight. I will definitely be a return customer. Pricing was very fair.

Very flexible appt schedule. I love the video of what is going on with my car sending to my phone even i am not there.updates what is next to be check and the condition of the car.Jerry is is very up to date and kept me inform including my consent and the amount of the service to be provided. This was by far the easiest car buying experience I have had. Staff was professional, friendly and helpful. Service was done well. Only negative comment was trying to reach a live person in Service Department. I called numerous times over 2 days and left voice messages of which zero were returned. I finally reached a live person to ask questions about a service light in my car. Based on the answer I was able to schedule an appointment.

I purchased my first BMW here. My sales manager did a wonderful job. She made my purchase very easy. For example, her and I e-mailed each other back and forth regarding the car I would like to get. She is very responsive to my e-mail. She gave me a stress free purchase experience. Salute to her! She got 5 stars from me! I came back for my first service. My service advisor was very nice. She was able to workout a plan for me, and asked me detail questions about my Bluetooth device as it seemed to be malfunctioning. She even asked the BMW Genius to help me check on my car to ensure the device was functioning right. She also got 5 stars from me. The reason this review only has 3 stars because of the loaner car department. First I did not get a loaner car that matches the car of mine, which is fine. I just need a car to go to work. My service adviser told me to expect 3 days, and I have been waiting for her phone call, so that I can go pick it up. However, my work place does not allow us to have our phone with us, so I have to lock my phone in my locker. On top of that the building has bad reception. I told my adviser texting is better than leaving me a message. Long story short, I did not get a message (no text or voice message) from my advisor. The loaner car representative called me by the end of the second day, and “questioned” me the reason I did not bring their loaner car back. I explained to her that I did not get a message from my advisor that my car is ready for pick up. She continue to “question” me and I felt like this is more like a “interrogation.” I ended up have to tell her “Ma’am, I have an 8 series, and I love my car. Why would I want to keep your 3 series?” After this statement, she toned down, and said “we just want to work with you on that.” She continued to demand me to bring the car back by 9am on the next day, or else she will charge me. I told her that I am a first responder, and 9am would not work. I told her that I can get out of work at 1 pm on the following day, and would be coming from downtown LA that there might be traffic. She asked me to call her to let me know my ETA. After I got out of work, I have been calling both my advisor and the loaner car department by giving them updates about my ETA every 30 min, and both of them did not pick up the phone. I was able to drop off my car at 3 pm on the following day without being charge extra. This experience is so stressful. Not a great experience at all.

As a business owner I understand we cannot be perfect but we will do our best to find a solution to the problem and fix any flaws we have with our operations. After my extensive review and one star rating I received a response followed by an email from the General Manager. Martyn reached out personally and he not only took the time to listen to my frustration but did his absolute best to make me feel as an appreciated customer. I had my sons car gear for some work. It’s an older BMW and after a month and a half they found the problem. Wasn’t upset on the time it took as it was an electrical problem . I was Grateful they found the problem as some BMW place don’t like to work on older BMW’s. I paid with my credit card and was on my way. I later was told they made a mistake and found out they charged me too much and said I was going to receive a REFUND but instead they CHARGED MY CREDIT CARD WITH OUT MY PERMISSION for 611$. I have been waiting now almost 2 weeks with out giving me a proper explanation. CHECK your card after you pay , this may be a problem that happens and they don’t want to talk about it BMW of Ontario was the place.

I received a courtesy call to come in for an oil change. Took about 90 mins or so. They had a loaner car available but decided to wait. Great staff, typical dealer prices on most jobs, but I did only pay $99 for my oil change. Ps: Missed the $199 unlimited oil change for 3 years by 2 months. Wish that could of been waived as a courtesy, but oh well. 🤷🏾♂️

Very poor service here. I was a walk-in because I had zero success getting responses to online inquiries. I just wanted to complete a test drive and place a factory order for a new X3. I was ready to do everything quick, easy and immediate. After waiting quite a while for anyone to help (no receptionist) someone saw we were waiting and found a CA and he treated us horribly. He wasn’t willing to listen to what I was needing and didn’t give me the time of day. Completely snubbed me and lost a sale. The problem is, they don’t care about making a sale because in this market you don’t need any skill to sell a car because it’s happening for them, not because of them. He clearly demonstrated that. I sent a complaint in the the internet department explaining how poorly I was treated here and the response I received was just removing me from their automated e-mail notifications. I’ll literally drive out of my way not to come here and I’m happy to say they did not get my business.

I would not recommend this dealership when it comes to service, the price was $200 per item just to have them inspect it, so that is $200 for the rear flasher bulb, $200 to inspect muffler and so on. That doesn't include parts and labor. I will spare you the nightmare story but when the estimate came back at $12,000.00 the warranty inspector had to get involved. Bottom line is this dealership is shady, dishonest, and will take advantage of you if they see the opportunity. Be warned!!!

Friendly staff, however, I had to wait 2 hours after I was called to inform me my car was ready from service. I want to give a 4/5 but 2 hours is very aggravating.

Out of all the BMW service stations I believe this one to be the best! The service rep, Jerry is very helpful, and honest. I absolutely love the new video breakdown from the auto technicians, they give a clear breakdown of what’s going on underneath the the car and professional advice on what kind of repairs to do next. The two best technicians there are Chris Betcher and Miriam. I definitely recommend any BMW owner looking for a trustworthy team to service their vehicle to come here.

Horrible service department. My M5 ran worst after having it serviced at this dealership. They had the audacity to provide me with a new quote to resolve the issue which was six times higher than the original quote. Stay away from this service department if you value your vehicle.

Daniel was great. He checked me in quickly and went over everything with me. I loved the video the mechanic sent going over everything in my car. I received recommendations so I can plan to go back for repairs. Daniel let me know when my car was ready to be picked up. The whole process was organized and everyone was really friendly and courteous. Highly recommend service here.

It was the Worst experience I’ve ever had with a dealership did not have a rental car did not give a loaner car. Also they had my car for 15 days and did not pick up my phones or respond to any of the messages I sent them. And lastly didn’t even not fix the problem I have with the car and I had to go to a third-party to get it fixed I do not recommend him ever.

My Lexus lease was ending and I wanted to trade up while taking advantage of the holiday specials. I randomly called BMW Of Ontario to find a wish deal. Raffi Injian answered my wishes. He Found a deal on the car of my dreams. Being two hours away from where I live, we negotiated, and after about an hour and a half on the phone with me, we had gotten down to the perfect car at the best possible deal. Raffi was gone for the New year holiday and had Jarrod Robertson step in to finalize everything when I got there. My Dad decided to come and see which vehicles I should get besides for the one I want, and if there will be a better deal on something comparable. While Jarrod was busy helping customers who had arrived before us, and fortunately, my father suggested I explore all other options before I made my final decision. Jarrod completely understood and happily encouraged me to do so! He told Nathan Rodriguez, a BMW GENIUS, to step in and he had helped me make the decision on the car I am excited to drive every day!! In 3 hours we went through several Series, Equipment options and and test drives, all while we ask questions and Nathan sitting next to us, smiling, and answering every question down to every detail on every car. He made sure I found the car I was the most happy with and will be for the next 3 years. I’m pleased with the details of what needed to be done to my car. But the wait time was extreme. I had an appointment at 740am. Didn’t get done till 10:30. That was for brake fluid. Do you think I’m over exaggerating? In the waiting room for almost 3 hours. Thank goodness for my patience and the kind employees.

Every now and then a hiccup but they've made it right. Great warranty and maintenance work. New facility is spacious and accommodating working from laptop while car is being fixed. Will not go to another BMW dealer - Tim Burgess has been my service rep. Very professional, communicative. Always takes care of my girl!

We had an excellent experience with BMW of Ontario. Oscar was very patient with us as we decided between three cars. Overall I would recommend him and his team to anyone looking for a BMW. They were friendly, patient and willing to spend the time to make sure the deal was right. I have been with BMW for many years, I was questioning leaving based on the experience I had recently at my local dealership with their service and sales team at Century West BMW in North Hollywood. Oscar and the team at BMW of Ontario turned that around. The entire experience was great. I also felt extremely comfortable with how seriously everyone was taking COVID. It felt like a safe environment, with the proper precautions, there was a good amount of space/distance between us and everyone was wearing a mask properly which was a very big contrast to Century West BMW in North Hollywood. Normally, I would rate my experience at BMW of Ontario 5 Stars. However, this most recent visit was not a good one. They did the work but did not test it to make sure it was functioning properly which now requires me to bring & leave the car again. Unacceptable. Would you install a new hose and not make sure its properly attached? No.

facilities are pretty nice, lounge area is comfortable. Service advisor was exceptionally friendly and great at explaining everything in detail. My one complaint, is that although they do have a loaner cars I was never offered one. This in spite of the fact that they had my car for three days. I was able to use the shuttle service which worked out fairly well In my opinion, I would consider the service and experience here about on the level of a very high-quality Ford or Chevy dealer. As a previous Lexus owner, I Consider that experience to be a notch above what BMW has offered ( through the two dealer service departments I’ve used )

I dropped in to look at the X4 on a lazy Sunday afternoon and were impressed with the entire experience; the car, of course, was fantastic but Rafi is really what made the entire experience a pleasure. Purchasing a vehicle, even in the best of circumstances, can be unpleasant, but Rafi made the whole thing a breeze; his graciousness, knowledge of the vehicle, the paperwork, he walked us through everything seamlessly and I am truly thankful. My service rep is Jerry and he basically provides me concierge level service. Good communication with the status of my vehicle from start to finish and has it ready when I pick it up. I get a loaner and when it was pulled up the young lady wiped down the entire front of the cab with disinfectant before giving me the keys. I paid by email link sent to me by Jerry and when I arrived the next day my car was washed and vacuumed and good to go. This is the best dealership I have dealt with and even though there are two closer it is worth the drive. Thanks, Greg.

Raffi, sales agent recognized that we have been long time BMW customer and gave us loyalty discount as well as ongoing promotion pushed the overall car price down. I am from AZ and had a light come on visiting for the weekend. I came in Sat morning and they were fully booked but Tim in Service said come later and I will get you in. After they sent me the diagnoses of needing a sensor replaced they also found a nail in my tire and helped me figure out where to go. Came back Monday and Jonathan D helped me (also great service) to get sensor replaced not only did they have a shuttle (the shuttle guy was also amazing) but they detailed my car upon pick up. Really great service and helped me out in an emergency!!!

Advisor was really nice. I took my car in for tire repair. I took car in at 10:30 am. was ready at 5:00 pm. I had to wait for shuttle for 1 hour and a half. Other than that, staff kept on checking on me with vehicle update. Super,, super nice Staff!

I would absolutely recommend this dealership, specifically Zo! He was so nice, easy going and helpful. Buying a car can be daunting but this was the easiest transaction and I love my new car! We actually were at Mercedes earlier that day and left. My advisor was Anthony. He’s amazingly thorough and honest about services needed. I typically receive a detailed video inspection from the service tech and shorrlty after that I receive a detailed text from my advisor covering high to low priority items. Great service overall. After several deals over the last 5 years service at this dealership has not survived COVID. I have had a problem with an I drive function on a 2021 not working. Presented to three of Ontario's experts (genius) only to drive away with the function not working. Had an appointment with Oscar to return a leased car only to be ignored because a sales meeting was more important. Stood around waiting for 30 minutes. Finally sent someone not even sure how to complete the paperwork. Customers sure are the priority here!! Now I have a 2022 purchased 2 months ago. Cancelled a Tire and wheel policy and still have not received the refund credited to my loan. Contacted Safe-Guard several times to confirm the cancellation. They will only do it verbally. Will not give confirmation in writing. Claims the dealership is responsible. Called the dealership several times. Mathew in finance claims they are waiting on paperwork. Still no refund. Don't bother calling the GM. He passes the buck to someone else. Never hear from him again. Service department is like going to the Kia dealer. They are most likely better! Make an appointment. Enter the service drive. Hand your keys to someone and told to wait inside. After 30 minutes someone at their leisure comes to find out why you are having your car serviced. Wait for their paperwork . It's all about them and their time. Your time is not important. Is this type of service at all Penske dealerships or just this one. Go to Riverside or Murrieta where your business and time is appreciated and respected.

BMW of Ontario is definitely the most modern dealership I’ve been to the n Southern California. It was easy to make a service appointment online. I dropped off my car with no hassle. They communicated with via text and phone. When my car was ready, I was able to inspect it online with a video and read the repair bill and then pay my deductible online. When I got there to pick up my car, it was already ready for me and I just drove off. Seemless and fast process. Amazing. To top it off, I’d been bringing my car to Indy euro mechanics who could not fix my low coolant sensor light. BMW of Ontario found the problem (a sensor) and they found another problem that I wasn’t aware of on my turbo. Fixed both issues which in turn fixed other issues that the Indy mechanics couldn’t figure out. One mechanic had told me there was a known issue with the battery so I had to keep it on a charger. Well just turned out that my turbo coolers weren’t working correctly because of a small oil leak. And the low coolant… the Indy mechanics replaced my entire coolant system and VCG and oil pan gasket and spark plugs and never fixed the low coolant problem. And it was just a sensor. Morale of the story… go to BMW of Ontario and do not trust Indy mechanics anymore in these weird economic times where everyone needs money. The indies are either not paying attention or they really need the money so they are doing unnecessary work. BMW on Ontario just fixed the issues. And yes I tried multiple Indy mechanics and all of them were the same.

I was happy with the service of my car, however I was highly disappointed with the service I received when I dropped off the curtesy vehicle. My family has been loyal customers to BMW's for multiple years and none of them ever had an experience such as mine from any other BMW dealership or service center. This is our first experience with the Ontario location, and it was not a pleasant one. I will proceed to explain what happened: When I checked out the vehicle, the woman noted that there were cracks and scratches previously made on the vehicle's front windshield. Then, when I returned it, a different woman inspected it, and noticed on crack that was larger than the others. She attempted to blame me for that crack, after I told her that the crack she was referring to, along with the others on the windshield, were previously there, and there were no additional cracks made to the front windshield while the car was in my care. However, she still tried to blame me for it and is threatening to file a claim against my insurance. Furthermore, the cracks and scratches on windshield were noticed and noted in the document when I checked out the vehicle. And quite frankly, the windshield needed to be replaced before I rented it, since it was already damaged. Therefore, I should not be held responsible for replacing a windshield that already had multiple cracks, scratches, and debris on it. To attempt to charge a customer for a previously damaged windshield is unethical and dishonorable business practices.

I don’t recommend anyone to take their car for service at this place. I have a 2022 x4 m competition, dropped it off last week Thursday @ 7am for a Recall, I was told it will be ready Monday. I called to get an update, I called Saturday, Monday & Tuesday and had no luck in communicating with anyone!! today is Wednesday and still no call. I had to show up in person to get an update, ridiculous!!! I was told my car was just sitting there and was not worked on until today, I was also informed they need to order parts therefore my car will be there another whole week. HUGE lack of communication, this place needs to improve their process and start pretending they care just a bit. I hope to get my car back soon.

Horrible service dept. lack of communication and lack of service. My vehicle has been in the shop for the past 4 months and I gotten one updates which I had to reach out to them to get.. They loaned me an old 2018 vehicle and they want me to go in and switch it to another loaner since my vehicle is not ready. My clinic is about 45 miles away in Santa Ana they expect me to leave my patients and bring their vehicle back within 24 hrs or else they charge me $150/day. They are not ashamed of themselves with the service they provide. You go there and is all empty. No one around to answer phone calls or your questions. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE. I think their service dept need to close. What a waste of location having the most ignorant and lack of customer service personnel working for BMW. I expect more from them. I have tried to reach out to them several times through email and phone calls and no one has reached out. DEFINITELY STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AND SPECIFICALLY THEIR SERVICE DEPT.

Very professional. They only draw back is the communication part. I had a tough time getting ahold of someone to let me know if my car was ready to go… ended up having to get a Lyft back home and then Lyft back to the store again next day to get the car back. This dealer is terrible, at least when it comes to communication. It is like there is no one working at that place. I am trying to get information on my parts order and the phone just rings and then after a minute just disconnects. I have been trying to get a call back after countless messages for three days and still nothing. I can not believe how hard it is, I even tried calling different departments just to talk to a person and all of them go to voicemail or just disconnect. Definitely cannot wait for this order to be fulfilled so I can be done with this place.

Service center is horrible, service center message me at 3:27 pm, say my car is ready. I am here at 6 pm and now it is 6:47 pm, they were looking for my key for at least 30 mins and told me the car has not been washed! Very bad service experience here. I am so disappointed about this first 1 yr service. My next BMW won't be purchased from here. Watch what the final condition after they 'wash' the car. They spend a little over time to wash the car, I wasted 1 hour, Friday hour to stay here waiting for my key. ------------------------------------------------- The experience was OK. And Mike is very helpful, providing a lot support to get my lease of X3 approved. The price is OK, better than east coast, acceptable price in So Cal. The lonaer car dept cross the street is also very good. Their strategy is to let 1 sales offer a high price and no negotiate, then manager come to offer a lower price then you will be willing to accept. A lot document and dealer fee as other place. I would recommend here anyway, my friend introduced me here, and I also ask my other friend come to pick up a 530e.

Excellent service! They inspected the whole vehicle. I like that they made a personalized video of the inspection and showed me exactly what needed to be replaced. They also did a quick car wash which is a nice thing for the customers.

I love cars. I love watching car reviews, driving all kinds of different cars, working on cars, it’s all a passion for me. The unfortunate flip side is that I HATE buying cars. I think most of us hate buying cars. Bait and switching, creative financing, telling you about deals and then saying they won’t actually honor them when you come in. It sucks. So this year when I started looking for a new car, I spoke to a few dealers. I called two asking about a specific car in inventory that they had, and they gave me some vague information and never called me back. I emailed them and they weren’t willing to talk about lease prices or anything over email, just wanted me to come in and test drive a car. After a few of these annoying experiences, I emailed Ontario BMW about one of their M3s. They replied promptly and gave me all the information about leasing it, in detail, over email. I ran up some numbers on my end, and sent them back to the dealer to ask if they could meet what I was looking for. They actually ended up offering me a slightly better price than what I had come up with. I sent them the details for my trade in, and they gave me an offer on the trade in over email, too. At that point we had everything set. I was completely happy with the deal, but I will admit this is where I was a bit concerned. It just seemed too easy and too good of a lease deal, and I was prepared to go in and get distracted by a test drive and then pulled into a finance office where they would give me a totally different set up numbers that didn’t work for me. However, my reservations were totally unfounded. I went in, drove the car, and they had all the paperwork ready. It was exactly what we’d discussed, and the finance manager didn’t even try to sell me any add ons or anything else. I signed everything, gave them the keys to my old car, and drove home in the new one. The whole thing just seemed too easy. I kept waiting to get a call that something was wrong, expecting that leasing a car just couldn’t be this simple and painless. But it was. Seriously, this is the only time I’ve ever had this positive of an experience at a car dealer, ever. A great deal, no haggling, everything simple and straightforward before I even went in person. Huge thanks to everyone here, especially Jade and Mike in the Internet Sales department. You guys rock, and will be my first call when I’m figuring out what car to get when this lease is up.

Very happy with our Service Advisor Robert and the inspection Tech. for the recent service and repair. However, we are extremely disappointed with the loaner sevice at Ontario BMW. We waited over 45 mins from check in with the loarner ( we had an appointment and was told that there were 4 people in front of us) until I drove off the lot. I honestly think I was forgotten and had checked with the girl twice. When it was my turn, there was no basic customer service, the young female rep. offer no greetings, e.g. 'how are you doing? Or thank you for your patience? We have been to another BMW dealership. Their loaner service is so efficient. In and out took only 15 minutes and very polite. Ontario BMW has a lot to improve in this area. We may consider taking my car to another dealership for future service if a loaner is needed.

Customer service is terrible. Never have I been to a dealer that makes you feel not welcomed. Biggest annoyance is you can not call the dealer without making an appointment online first just to speak to someone. Doesn't matter if you have questions about recalls in service or questions with the part department. The call back wait is 2 days. Unheard of !! It would take me 2 hands & a foot to count how many people they have just sitting around. Hands down would highly recommend BMW of Irvine or BMW of Temecula.

Great service! Quick oil change. They inspected the whole vehicle. I love that they made a personalized video of the inspection and showed me exactly what needed to be replaced. I love that I was able to sign the paperwork digitally from home. I was even able to pay online. Very efficient! I will be returning here from now on.

Bad customer service. No loaner car available. Had to re-do the appointment for the next day to get a loaner car. Service adviser told me they needed 2 day to resolve all issues but offer me no loaner car. Not coming back here again...

My vehicle was actually at the dealership 2 entire months. Due to Covid they had difficulty getting parts to repair it. However I was given a rental vehicle during the entire time. I was pleasantly surprised that the cost wasn’t as bad as I had been told thank goodness. My son actually intervened and contacted BMW and they were kind enough to reduce the price considerably. I am grateful to my son and BMW. I have my vehicle back and it seems to be working just fine now.

Thank you. Oscar was able to find the car we were looking for. He explained everything in detail and even certain specks we wanted he made sure we were happy. Never had I had such great experience at a dealership. Great service from beginning to end. When proceeding with finance dept (don't recall his name) but also was awesome. The whole process was to me like no other. Definitely would recommend.

I had my car dropped off Wednesday after hours last week for some warning signs that came up on my brand new vehicle! Not 1 person has returned my calls. I’ve been calling daily to know what’s going on. I finally got ahold of someone on Friday who said my car had never been looked at. Every time I request to speak to a manager I never get transferred! What’s going on here this is not professional at all. To top it off I just had a baby and I’m with out a car. I also can’t get a response about a loaner

Went to this store since I am in the market for a new car. I parked in the guest parking, close to the main entrance to the showroom. I was looking at an M440i. I waited for a Sales person to come out, went to the entrance of the showroom to see if anyone would look my way and assist me, nothing. Walked to the other end of the store, went to see a black 430i and also a blue 330i, stay in the store (outside), for about 15 minutes. I realized that even though, these people were not busy, they didn't think I was a serious buyer. I decided to call and find out if you needed to make an appointment to get some assistance. I called and went through the prompts until I spoke to an agent. After ensuring I didn't need to make an appointment, I told the agent I was outside on their lot, it was dissapointed with their service, salesmanship. The agent apologized and said he could help me, he said he had just gone outside and no one was there. I told him, of course I am no longer there, I told him to check his security camera and he would see an Alfa Romeo driving out, that was me. I also told him I was no longer interested in doing business with them, I realized they weren't as busy with clients but I they had lost a potential one. Some of the BMW stores are arrogant and act as if you have to be of a certain caliber of client for you to be assisted, oh well, plenty of stores and choices out there. This place will not get my business.

Excellent service, BMW has earned themselves a long-term client with their excellent customer service and next generation technology in their amazing vehicles. I acquired a 2021 430i and managed to close the deal in less than 3 hours while I was at home, came in to sign and pick up keys and was on my merry way. Will be coming back for any vehicle needs.

It’s amazing how truly magnificent Raffi Injian made me feel from start to finish of my experience. His professionalism, sincere candor and immediate vision of what I wanted over the phone went from me scheduling an appointment for the following Friday to me driving up to dealership to pick up my dream car less than 1 hour later. This is my third BMW and by far my absolute best experience. I sat in the finance office and was walked through each part, step-by-step, and from my walk in to finish was less than 2 1/2 hours. Such a rewarding experience to work really hard to get the car you love and it be a seamless process. I’ve had the car a week tomorrow and I’ve already received a call to talk about any bells and whistles I may need to learn about. There’s an art to superior customer service. It’s the small things, the nuances that most don’t notice... truly an unforgettable experience and my twins learned something new that day - they learned that this is the level of customer service to expect from everyone.
