Wescom Credit Union Mills Cir, Ontario

I have only been a wescom Bank member for about 10 months and I love it they are very friendly very helpful I’ve never been in a credit union bank before but So far I like it I haven’t had any problems yet and I hope not to have any thank you Wescom Bank

Polite and Okay. I like what credit unions are about, and the employees are very polite, but I feel like sometimes it's a hit or miss. I had a fantastic lady open my account, and she gave me all kinds of brochures and information and opened all the online services on the spot. On the other hand, my brother had a less active (?) employee who didn't give him any brochures and didn't open the online services either. I do feel the ambience is colder than other places I've been in, but that has more to do with the fact that nobody greets you when you walk in, that despite there being a welcome desk, there's nobody ever sitting there, and that there are no attempts at idle small talk to make customers feel at ease. None of that takes away from the services Wescom offers, but as a person affected by environment and mood, the styling of the place (very obvious security cameras and cool shades) and customer service makes me relieved that I have Direct Deposit and don't have to continuously enter the actual place.

Wescom credit union is a very efficient and friendly banking institution. I have been with this bank over 15 years every branch is very same in excellent customer service.

They are very friendly, but you has to considered that this is a credit union, not a Bank. So they offer most of all services but whit some limitations too.

I've been a member for year's very nice staff. Not too bad coffee in the morning.

I've been a Wescom member ever since I was in elementary school and I've loved it ever since. I haven't had a reason to ever want to switch to another bank. I love Wescom's services and their super friendly and helpful staff. I've always had pleasant experiences for any type of interaction I've had, especially the Ontario branch. When my wife and I were setting up our joint account, they took the extra time and effort to make sure that our needs were met and we were satisfied. I just wish that there were more locations; the locations are few and far in between. If you live nearby, I highly recommend Wescom to be your premier finance institution.

My husband and I have been members for over 10 years and Wescom has been very consistent in great customer service every time. We are treated as people not like another number.

I was declined for a personal loan because of medical bills from 10 years ago. The fact that I have an above average credit score and have never been late on payments did not matter. Don't waste your time here!

Small but efficient banking, low fees and high tech ATM!
