First time getting an oil change on my new Subaru. I chose Ontario for it as convenience of flying out of Ont airport, I won’t make that mistake again. The service department there is the worst service department I have experienced in all my years of driving. I get my vehicle in line, no rep shows up, I walk inside and wait, then someone says wait outside we will be with you in a few minutes. I’ve been sitting in the sun with my car on wasting gas to run the AC because it’s too hot to sit in car without it. It has been over 30 mins and I still haven’t been helped. I will be going back to Palmdale to get my car serviced from here out.

Been here twice in the past week to look for a Crosstrek. My first trip, I was completely ignored for the 15 minutes I was standing at the Sport they had on display right in front of the building, and the 5-10 minutes I spent looking at some of the other cars after. Went there last night and didn't get approached until after I had walked the entire lot (even the back area where I wasn't entirely sure if I was allowed to be in), and was finally approached after around 25-30 minutes, as I was walking back to my car to leave. I could understand if the place was packed, but both times it was pretty dead, last night my gf and I were the only people on the lot.

Highly recommend this dealership. The process was quick and easy, I love that I didn't have to spend all day at the dealership. My sales person Sophia was amazing! Her knowledge about the vehicles gave me peace of mind that I was making the right decision on my Outback. Will definitely be visiting Sophia again on my next purchase!

First I just wanted to bring attention to your Internet Sales and Leasing Manager Mr. Dan Gressman, he made buying a car fun again for us. We left your dealership with a smile and satisfaction on how we were treated by Dan. He really went out of his way in getting what I needed for our Forester, correction my wife’s Forester. There seems to be a problem over there these days. They seem to have my name wrong, even though it has been corrected. I was given wrong information about their interface with insurance. They did not return my phone calls. As far as I can see they do good work on the car, but their communication and file systems is poor.

I will never WASTE another minute of my time with this particular location. Sometimes one incompetent person makes the entire organization look horrible.... this one goes to the SCHEDULING department or whoever takes accountability because when I was there NO ONE CAME FORWARD......I had ONE missed call prior my appointment. I called back. One woman answered and i told her i had a missed call, assuming someone was calling me to confirm my appointment at 3pm... she transferred me to another woman... and i had to repeat my self two times the reason i was calling .. to confirm i was on my way and when she acknowledged why i was calling she said "okay thank you" and I hurried up because the traffic was horrible (3pm traffic) and I was running 15 min behind due to my position at work. When I got there, they made it seem like it was my fault... "oh you are late... we are not doing any oil changes, our compressor is broken.... (I was hoping this guy was genuinely joking.... ) he wasn't.... I related to him that I had called back to confirm... the person who supposedly called was firm telling me he called me twice.. and I even said... "I didn't have a voicemail and I only had one missed call and took a screenshot showing inbound and outbound calls. I asked who confirms appointments? NO NAME... I called back the number. The woman answered and i asked her to transfer me to the person she transferred me to previously.... a gentleman answered. Very apologetic ... I shared my frustration.... who is accountable for not letting the customer know about the technical issues and to avoid wasting their time? Oh my fault.. I missed the call from the ONLY person that knew their compressor was broken.... bottom line... you are a disappointment to us customers who purchase #SUBARU vehicles with confidence and you make Subaru look bad and should not work in customer service at all. I am not referring to the maintenance staff ....just that one individual that was supposed to do her job and failed to because her time was more important than mine. You are not part of Subaru's culture....

I had such a great experience at Subaru of Ontario. I inquired about a 2022 Subaru Ascent Onyx Edition and Enrique reached out immediately. I called him back to stop in and drove 45 min just to take a look at the Ascent. He made the process so easy and made sure to get me a good deal. I appreciate him and his hard work. This visit was my first Subaru purchase but my best car buying experience. In November we ordered our 2022 Crosstrek from Amber. She was straightforward with the price and honest about accessories and add-ons and made sure we got exactly the car we needed and didn't oversell us on anything. She was always friendly and had all the answers. From the beginning and throughout the ordering/waiting/delivery process, Amber stayed in contact with us and even called us on a weekend from home to update us on the delivery date. As it turns out she sold our family friends their Forester and they had nothing but good things to say about her. Looking forward to buying our next Subaru from her as well. On the day of delivery, Amber had a family emergency but made sure someone was there to take care of us. Aaron was waiting for us when we arrived for our appointment and had everything ready. He walked us through our new car and it was exactly what we wanted. I wanted to add another accessory the day of, so after making sure they had it in stock he had it installed it while we waited. I've never like the whole car buying process but this was the exception. Very impressed with the build quality and everything about our new Subaru so far and will be coming back for our Forester in the near future.

I took a trip down here a few weeks ago, my wife and I are looking for a car in the very near future. We were helped by Aaron Brown and he was extremely nice and helpful! **Buyer beware** It’s been a terrible experience and just keeps getting worse. They will blame you and make you suffer the consequences of their lack of communicate skills and training. They’ll lie to you and add on features and services you don’t want, telling you that they are required. Then when you find out they lied and you attempt to remove it they will give you the run around and stop answering phone calls. Currently struggling to get a simple change made, we’ve asked to remove the gap insurance that was added to my contract. We’ve attempted to provide the form in person and we were given an email and instructed to send the form there. We were told that was the person who would be able to help us with this. Come to find out today when this person calls back is that she is from a completely different department and has no idea why her email would have been provided. Then when i get transferred I’m placed on hold until the call just ends, which leads me to believe they are just transferring me and whoever is on that other line is hanging up. Has happened a few times now that I’ve called trying to get this change made before it’s too late. At this point it just feels like they are stalling for time trying to wait until I’ll be locked into that service and won’t be able to remove it. The only good thing to come from this experience is that I love the car, that has met all of my expectations. But leaving 1 star due to the poor customer service, I’ll be submitting a compliant to Subaru corp and to the BBB.

My 1st Subaru purchase. I have to say the experience was phenomenal and myself and my family will be back. Rocky was outstanding and really cares which is a rarity these days. Love my new Onyx Edition Outback. It is the best Subaru I have owned so far. Aaron Brown at Subaru of Ontario was very helpful and knowledgeable. All of the negotiations were done before I even went to the dealer and I only had a short wait until I was able to taker my new Outback home. .

I purchased my 2020 Crosstrek from this location May 2020, which was a great experience. Since then, I’ve had my routine oil changes, tire rotations, etc. and I always try to go to Subaru of Ontario. The service is always friendly and fast (fast, depending on the day you go, Saturdays are usually pretty busy). My most notable visit was my most recent, where I was assisted by Ashley. She was super knowledgeable, and really provided superior service than any Subaru dealership I have ever been to. Also she got me in and out within 30 mins for an oil change. I am super happy I bought my car here because I know I can always look forward to this exceptional standard of service EVERY TIME I go!

Me and my husband started our day out at the Toyota dealership looking for a new vehicle. We came across a used Subaru Forester that they had on their lot and decided we like that model. Had a good start. I asked to be notified of what was wrong so I would have the right to authorize any repairs. This was not done. The tech found the problem and repaired it. It turned out to be the correct thing to do but I had to wait for over 2 hours. The tech showed me what was done and a 4 wheel alignment was also required. But the car still drifts to the left. I’m not happy about that.

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE I TOOK MY CAR (I always do and trust this place), and they charged me and said they did realignment on my CAR. I am skeptical, so I took it to another site which my friend recommended because she doesn’t believe in this SUBARU place. I took my car the same day at KORMODIV, and they found out that my brakes were falling apart, and my bolts for the alignment were missing(I could’ve gotten into an accident). You need to put a video camera to see if they’re doing repairs for your car. IT'S A SCAM!!! I reported them to BBB. These people do not care!!!

Enrique Parra was so helpful and upfront about every question I asked him regarding MSRP, Taxes, & Fees. I was happy with him and consider him an honest Salesman. FOLLOW UP ON ENRIQUE So I purchased a New Outback Wilderness with Enrique Parra (salesman). And saw there was some small scratches on the black rear wheel trim and mentioned that it looked like something that I can wash off. Apparently it wasn’t! The scratches were there even after the Outback was washed and it bugged me for 2 weeks since this was a brand new car. I called up Enrique and out of good faith he talked to his higher ups and convinced them to replace the part for me for free. If you are going to buy a Car at this dealership USE ENRIQUE! He’s the type of sales man that will still help you after the sale is complete! We need more salesman like him !

I've been happy with my Subaru service. The only thing they could improve on is cleaning the car, at least vacuum upon return but as far as time and efficiency its good!

Normally I’m not a Japanese car type of guy, but I was looking at my emails and I ended up making an appointment with Chris Moran in the internet department and not only was my experience of ordering a vehicle seamless, I feel as though I made the right decision not only in safety for my family but during this gas crisis this is much better than a v6 or v8 from the other guys.
