I have been extremely happy with the way majestic has turned around its customer service as well as turnaround time. My AE Antonie Rhodes. He always answers my necessary scenario questions when I need them and always returns my calls.. Him and his team have been very cooperative and quick to answer questions and get conditions in and signed off. Plus their rates are great. I definitely would still use them

Devastating experience with little to no professionalism from the Chief Credit Officer Keith Inger down to Sean Khan a Sr. Banker with Majestic. My personal information was shared with a marketer by Sean & when I made a complaint to Keith he said he was doing an investigation but never called with an update for almost 2 weeks. No voicemail or email to advise me he needed more time, where was the courtesy for your consumer. I contacted him more than twice & when we finally spoke no real update. Completely devastated!!

Terrible experience, Antoine my AE almost never answer the phone. AEs at this firm don't help you at all when you have a loan conditioned to death. He does not answer the phone, but has no problem of sending emails asking for more business. Stay away from this lender. Their communication is terrible, and after the UW clear a condition, the funder start to ask for the same condition but with different wording, so you end up funding 4 business days later than you were supposed to fund.

One of the slowest company to get you ready with your home loan. If you want to built a good patience they may be good. Slow on papers, don't communicate with any body, don't pick up phone when they know is you (used my friends phone to be able to get in touch), in other words one of the worst company. If you don't believe me try it yourselves and believe me u LL experience what I did. I changed lender and thankfully I closed.

REALTORS & SELLERS BEWARE! Do not trust pre-approval letters issued by this lender! We had a truly traumatic experience trying to sell our home to a buyer who used this lender, and it was mostly the lender's fault. We nearly lost our dream home because it was contingent on closing our sale, and thanks to this lender it took 79 DAYS TO CLOSE! To start with their pre-approval letter indicated they approved our buyer based on reviewing his documentation, but when we accepted their offer they asked for a 45 day escrow because they still had to gather and review documentation on the buyer. And in the end he never qualified; they had to make his brother the sole buyer on the loan. Throughout the process the loan officer was unwilling to communicate, combative with our realtor, and gave false or misleading information. They threatened my realtor that they would advise the buyer to find a different house to buy instead of our home. They missed deadline after deadline. Near the end my realtor fully expected the deal was going to collapse, and we spent a couple weeks in misery as we waited helplessly to find out if we were going to lose our contingency on our dream home. Only by the grace of God and the extreme patience of the sellers waiting until the last minute for us to close our sale was the deal finally completed by Majestic Home Loans, a whopping 34 DAYS LATE!!!
