He's always willing to answer questions and to assist in any way he can so that you feel comfortable with even just made up scenarios in your head. His efficient communication skills have made the homebuying process a lot less stressful. He's always willing to look into any form of assistance programs or loan rates he can offer to have your best interest in mind. He's a wonderful person and a fantastic loan consultant.

Ishmael is very helpful and breaks down all the info so you can understand. He also works very hard to make sure everything goes smoothly . I would 100% recommend him to anyone buying a house. In this market it is important to have a pre approval letter as soon as possible. Ishmael always worked overtime to make sure I had what I needed to put my bid in.

1. When Bank of America turned on our loan application due to time constrain, Loan Depot offered a very strong support and provided excellent services - loan conditional approval within one week. 2. The team was not discouraged when TD rejected third party verification. Instead, Judy requested International Credit Report to push the process forward. 3. The team was evaluating all possibilities and stay positive, after getting rejected by TD. 4.Overall, the process is quick and smooth. And I wish to extend our family appreciation to the entire team including Judy, Michael,Gale, and Maria. Again, the team is caring and professional and I will recommend Loan depot to my friends.
