Blackhawk Bank N Perryville Rd, Rockford

Yesterday I was trying to get into my Blackhawk Bank account, and the log in page kept telling me I had the wrong username / password, and finally I got locked out, and had to call Customer Service. They told me that it was because I got a new phone........ Not a new phone #, just a new phone. ?...........and that sometimes updating your phone can cause the same problem....... by this time, I was so irritated and angry, that my BP went dangerously high, and I started having chest pains and shortness of breath. Nice work, people.

I applied for a mortgage loan I can’t believe how bad we were treated they made us give all the info called never get back to told us a few days it was over a month to tell us no loan our credit is 800! We went to another bank it only took one day to get the loan we wanted! I will never bank with them again as soon as I can I am pulling my accounts they don’t deserve our business! The sad part is the loan person I have nown for over 20 years!!

I called in last 2 months Blackhawk Bank in Rockford about 5 times and left 4 voicemails in their home loan/refinance department. In 2 months, 4 voice mails later they have never called me back! I speak with accent and they must be profiling their customers, so accent speaking customers are not welcome at Blsckhawk Bank! If I could give them negative 5 star rating I would!

I've been with this bank now for 7 years. Never gotten a loan through them but as far as checking and saving accounts they have better options than a bigger name bank. As far as the online assistance,everytime I send a message I get a response basically saying call the bank so that needs improvement. Over all I still give it 4*

BEWARE! Horrible bank! Promotes identify theft by now scanning your drivers license into customers accounts/data base. No need to do so! This is not good business but risking my personnel information. Manage LikeShow more reactions · Reply · 1m

They don't answer the phone long wait and they DO NOT do IL Vehicle Registration Renewal in Rockford NONE of them; only in McHenry/Richmond/and another not in this area

Banked there for over 15 years. Never a problem.
