There was a plethora of positive things about this here establishment. It was quick and easy, by far the quickest in the region. Shannon was also a great help, something about her seems like she loves her job if I could rate her friendliness even higher I would giver her a 10/10. Lastly, the establishment itself was top of the line. Very neat, clean, organized, and overall and OUTSTANDING place.

Just left the store Shannon was great!! Very friendly environment and was a very comfortable experience!! They helped me when nobody else would. I refer them extremely if your in a spot and need money. The wait time was incredibly fast. Thanks so much check n go your the best!!!!!

This was a secret shop 7/14/18 @ 11:24 am (with employee Daniel, who normally works in Dixon) : He greeted me and introduced himself, he asked my name and called me by name throughout the conversation, he had a friendly upbeat tone, he made the loan process very easy to understand, he listed the many things this company has to offer it's customers, he started the application by phone, he discussed dates and times for me to come in to finish the application, he presented himself professionally even when he discussed things like how this generation doesn't really buy checks and gave me alternatives when I mentioned my debit card was lost and still hadn't came in the mail yet, he definitely made me want to do business at the Check N' Go, the only thing he didn't do was offer for me to fill the app out online. Other than that he got 5 out of 5 stars for his awesome customer service! -Liz

Julie is very professional and polite every time I come she's very quick and is very knowledgeable about her job. She makes you want to come again even if you're not needing a loan lol

Awesome, fast, and efficient......I was stressed out already then thought I wouldn't be able to get a loan because my bank no longer does paper checks but Julie was awesome, telling me to come in and she'd help me use my mobile banking app. So when I got there she helped me step by step with it and even taught me something new with my banking mobile app lol. My experience turned out great!!!

I have never had a bad experience here. This place is great and apart of what makes it so great is the 2 awesomely lovely ladies I always see. I have seen a gentleman there before aswell and he was very kind also. They have amazing customer service and are great at explaining everything you need to know. I would highly recommend this place!
