These guys are EXPERTS! First I had them install a remote start last fall as they were recommended to me by a good friend who got his done there. They were extremely knowledgeable and did a great job IMMEDIATELY while my husband and I went and had lunch. I was so impressed with them I went back yesterday for an entire new premium speaker system and window tinting on the front driver's and passenger side windows. These guys are so knowledgeable they practically have it memorized what speaker will fit in what car. Amazing! And again, they IMMEDIATELY got on the job, did EXCELLENT work and even stayed an hour late after hours to get the job done. Very impressive and I highly recommend them! Oh, and they are a blast to joke around with! :)

Had my new 2019 Equinox windows tinted, they did a great job. Still looks good three years late . It's worth the money!

Got 35% tint on my side and rear windows a couple of weeks ago. Tint has fully healed and looks great. They are pretty busy so I would try to drop the car off and come back later instead of waiting.

New owners. Jim and his team are very professional and explained all of my options clearly and demonstrated the products helping me understand the options. Modern and clean facility. Lots of weather tech products too. They got me in right away at my appointment time and completed the job quickly. They tinted my front door windows. The results look great - no flaws. It’s a job that needs attention to detail and Tint World delivered.

Took my van in because my remote start that was installed there several years ago quit working. Very nice, professional young men took care of it right away and got it working again. Great customer service!

I had an automatic starter put in my car and my wife's car three years ago. My wife's would not work this year. James the Manager told me to bring it right in and he would look at it. I did and they had the problem solved in 15 min. Just stopped what they were doing and took care of me, just like that. Where do you find service like that? And they didn't even charge me. I made an appointment on a Tuesday to have my vehicle tinted on Saturday. The lady I spoke to on the phone was friendly and happily scheduled my appointment. Saturday comes, and I get there about 830am. Melissa is in there waiting and I apologized assuming I was late. She told me I wasn't and asked what percentage I wanted. She was very thorough. I really wanted my windshield done but was on some time constraints and needed my car back by 2 which was pushing it just for the other windows to get done. She said she would try but worst case I could come back. I waited for my Uber and chatted with her. She should probably be my best friend. One of the most down to earth and fun people I have met in quite some time. I enjoyed her company so much I also asked to stay and help lol. I got a text at 1:56pm indicating my car was ready. I headed over and to my surprise they got the entire car done including the windshield. Extremely excited and so very grateful. The tint looks amazing and I will most DEFINITELY return for other work. Customer Service is an A+ and the tint is another A+. One of the best experiences I have had in the Rockford area ever. Quality and Professionalism is what I wanted and exactly what I got. Thank you Melissa. I will be back soon!

Had a remote installed in my vehicle last week and I have to say I am EXTREMELY satisfied with the service and price that I received! The staff is extremely knowledgeable and had my vehicle in and out the same day! I have to thoroughly disagree with some of the negative reviews that I’ve read about this place as my experience there was absolutely wonderful. I think people need to relax and practice patience. I don’t know about these other people, but I’d rather my vehicles work be done properly the first time around and if that means taking a little longer than anticipated, then so be it. I get to enjoy a warm vehicle in the morning every morning and my remote start works without fault every time. Thank you so much guys for your amazing service and hospitable atmosphere while I was there! Will definitely recommend tint world to any of my family and friends needing work done! Awesome place had a few things done from window tint to audio installments. I can’t even begin to describe how happy I am with Tint World!!! Wanted to get my daughters windows tinted on her Jeep for her Birthday... My friends daughter took her car to Tint World to get her tint done and she recommended I take mine there. I dropped my car off yesterday morning and when I got it back in the evening, it looked fantastic! Definitely worth a day without my car and worth every single penny!

Had a remote start installed at this location on 10/23/20. They were very professional and also showed me how to use the remote start before I left. Pricing wasn’t bad either compared to others I asked. Would definitely go back!

Got tint put on my car in December. 2 weeks later there were small bubbles everywhere in all the tint . Brought it in to get fixed everything got fixed except the drivers window tried to call multiple time in 3 weeks and left voice-mail multiple times never did they pick up or even try to call me back. Finally got someone to answer explained everything that happened and they refused to schedule a time for me to bring it in to just get looked at got mad at me and now they won't answer again

Tint world very awesome. Tell Danny the owner what I wanted for my Lexus. Got it done in a day. Fixed my headlight issues, turn signals. Fixed my inteior lighting issue. Front camera, then installed my wiper sprayers. Very awesome job. Happy customer

To all I stopped into tint world to get a price on my 2020 Ford transit .I wanted the windows tinted. I spoke to James over the phone and in person cool guy. He gave a price that I was happy with! I had him tint the truck! He even had his crew/staff install my window vents and bug guard which I had from Ford at...(NO CHARGE). THE STAFF AT TINT WORLD ARE GREAT TO WORK WITH!!!!! Team had installed remote start. Which was so appreciated this past winter!! One of the remotes had quit working & I didn’t have a screwdriver that would fit. Stopped there & they not only opened it, but replaced the battery. Awesome service!

I went to Tint World to have a stereo/android auto cable replaced. The cable that needed to be re-placed was located in a difficult location and when all said done a custom wiring harness had to be made which they did at no extra cost to what I was originally quoted at. The entire team was great to work with from the owner who lives well out of state who answered the phone when the local shop crew was really busy that day, to the Loves Park manager James who gave me the time of day to explain the situation, to their experienced installer/technician Harry who researched the issue to come up with a fix before agreeing to to the work. This was all after sitting in the lobby of a local competitor who I will leave unnamed for 1.5hrs earlier that morning just to tell me they couldn't complete the work because they don't take appointments and wouldn't come out and look at my truck even to explain the issue before getting started. In conclusion I would highly recommend Tint World of Loves Park!

They did a full Detail and Ceramic coat on my f-250 I was extremely impressed stayed after close to finish the job. Also rotated the tires and plug patched a nail in my tire! Also tinted my Jeep and a speaker install! Super nice people locally owned and gave me a good price! Very professional!

When I went to pick up my car after getting a remote start put in the employee that handed me my keys reeked of alcohol. Not only did this make me feel uncomfortable it was extremely unprofessional. Will not recommend.I dont know what this has to do with my personal experiance but it was very unprofessional and I will not be using your services again also I will encourage any one to not use your services.

So today I called Tint World to discuss an issue I had with the remote start I got put in my truck 2 days ago. I had scheduled for remote start, window tint, and heated seat inside the truck as well as heated seats for my wife’a vehicle. The tint turned out great. The heated seat has yet to be tested in the truck and a later date is when the car will be done. The remote start doesn’t work and hasn’t since leaving the shop. A year ago I had the same remote start put inside my wife’s car so I knew how to use it, and it was past closing hours so I was in a hurry with them as well (I didn’t have them show me how to use it because I knew already). I brought this to they’re attention and was told by Chris that I was SOL if I couldn’t bring it in on Tuesday because Monday they were busy. Well I work 5:30am-6pm Tuesday-Friday next week and expressed this to them. I told them the only day I could be any bit available is Monday and that’s when they told me they couldn’t do anything about it then until I could come in at a later date. So I just paid 400$ for remote start that I won’t be able to use for a few weeks after purchasing it. I am a very understanding guy and normally don’t put up too many reviews, but you’d think they would try to take care of they’re own mistakes and help out but that is not the case. They do have decent prices and customer service normally though.

A couple months ago I took advantage of a Groupon through Tint World for a remote car starter. Before purchasing I called Tint World and confirmed that it would be available for my certain vehicle, which they said it would. The day of the installation I dropped off the vehicle and left. As soon as I pulled into my home driveway I received a call stating that they looked at the wrong data base and they could not use that particular car starter. They gave me 2 choices for different systems and I chose one and specifically asked how much total would I need to pay, they stated $300 total plus tax. I work nights so I laid down to get some sleep. An hour later I received another call from tint world. The phone was in somebody’s pocket and I could hear them talking inappropriately so I hung up. 5 minutes later same thing happened. So I called them and told them their phone kept calling while I was trying to get sleep. Later that day I went to pick the vehicle up, I was told since the vehicle was a push button start they needed to charge me an extra $50! When I started voicing my displeasure the owner came out and said that’s with every vehicle. I am very displeased with the whole ordeal and highly recommend you don’t use this business.

I got my car done on 3/21/19 I really love their services this was my first time getting tint and they were very helpful telling me about the different tint percentages and stuff. I also got detailing and remote starter. My car looks amazing it looks like a completely different vehicle and the detailing was amazing it looked stunning like a brand new car off the lot It looks like it did when I first got It. I was well pleased with their service all the way around. I would recommend this place to anyone they go above and beyond for you!!!

Did headlight upgrade, grill guard, rain guard, ordered future additional parts and work on vehicle shortly. Will use again as needed on all vehicles, 5 STAR service.

Great experience, great work and great people!! I’ve recently had a stereo and speakers put in. Went back for Rock Lights and interior led lights. Love it all. Will be going back for remote start then a spray in liner for my truck. On a side note I visited a Tint World that’s closer to me and their installer wouldn’t make time to come out and speak with me. When I left there I called the one in Loves Park. Melissa was helpful and her happy demeanor is why I chose to go there. I live well over an hour away and worth it!!!

The customer service I received was absolutely AMAZING!!! Tint World of Rockford not only tinted my car, but they removed the garbage tint I already had, diagnosed and replaced my front end tire rods and gave me a sound system I couldn’t be more happier with. Let me not forget to mention that everything I had done to my vehicle (and I had LOTS of work done) came at an affordable price. I definitely recommend Tint World of Rockford for your auto care needs and if they can’t do it they will surely hook you up with someone certified who can. These guys go well above what is needed. I purchased their Protective film for my 2020 Jeep Wrangler Rubicon and they went above and beyond what I asked for. Although they were not able to meet the time frame they had quoted me the few extra days they spent on my vehicle were well worth it. They came in on their day off and even stayed after hours to make sure I got my Jeep back. The extra time they needed was do to them running into issues with the cutouts and the manufacturer directions not clarifying some of the issues they were seeing. It was also do to the vehicle being so new and the many cutouts that come with a Rubicon hood. I would recommend them without a doubt. A lot of individuals get hung up on timing but if getting the job done right versus me getting my vehicle back on time I will take having the job done right every time. They communicated to me throughout the process and they even ended up doing areas I hadn't even considered all at the same cost of my original quote. They even gave me a discount on tinting my passenger and driver side windows and did a hell of a job on that as well.
