hiring process was the most unprofessional thing i’ve ever experienced.. they called me 30 minutes before the start of my first shift & said if I didn’t make it in i’d have to wait an additional month to start! they have unrealistic job rules and overall they don’t accommodate to employees. My training class has lost over half of the employees in 3 weeks, im already interviewing for new jobs. I hate this place dont waste your time.

When I worked there it was constantly changing with minimal communication about changes. Try to find out about bonus structure or attendance guidelines, you have to ask 5 different supervisors and will get 5 different answers because it is changed so often. Lots of drama between workers. It was a little better when Verizon was there and had chats, the pay was good and there was more support from supervisors. When they got rid of Verizon and had us answering calls for CVS they barely even trained us. Our trainer had never worked in the department he was training us for. I was told by several supervisors that when CVS learned about the transition they admitted that they were not equipped to train so many people at once. They basically just taught us how to log into the systems and search for things in the source, which is time consuming and frustrating for the customer on the other end of the call. Most of our floor support people had only been there for a couple months and didn't know very much. If you need help you have to call senior team, where you might be on hold for 10+ min (almsot 30 min was my personal record) to talk to someone who is rude (not always but it's pretty common) and gives you incorrect information to get you off of their call (again not always but way too often). CVS does not pay enough or give enough breaks for being on the phone all day with upset customers. It is very mentally taxing. They also talk constantly about bonuses but have such strict criteria (which is never fully communicated and changes often) that it is near impossible to get. Also when I first started with the company they held back our scheduled raises after training, and there were a few people (people who had been there for years even) I knew who were not fully paid for weeks because of HR errors in payroll. After they got rid of Verizon it felt like the higher ups just didn't care about the workers anymore because they were able to distance theirselves from us and they did it well. It's a decent place of you need a job for a few months until you find something better, but I would strongly discourage anyone from seriously investing themselves here. I will say that there is room for advancement in the company, but that is only because people are constantly quitting or stepping down from higher positions because they are sick of the place. Extremely high turnover rate, and they will hire anyone so you'll meet a lot of disrespectful and trashy people working here. Cannot say enough about how much this place sucks.

Great supervisors, who actually cared about their employees! Great co-workers. The only problem I saw with the place were the customers that called in. I may actually go back if I have trouble finding a job in my preferred field after I finish college.

I was laid off on the VERY last day of abay for CVS Caremark! I was given low scores so I wouldn't make 90%. Be VERY careful of this place...and keep your head down! Their friendliness could be something more sinister! BE VERY CAREFUL...IF THEY DON'T LIKE YOU... THEY'LL SET YOU UP FOR FAILURE!

My training started off kind of hectic but once everything settled down it was very helpful and informative. My trainer Sarah was very patient with everything that went down and did everything to the best of her ability.

I worked for this company for 8 years, and was fired with no logical reason. To make this all the worse it was at the very begining of the pandemic, when so many businesses were closing, and there was no work to be found. I was called in to HR on April 1st and asked strange questions that had nothing to do with work, but with my personal life. I actually thought it was an April Fools day joke. April 3rd I was officially terminated after their (haha 🤔 ) investigation ??? My son also worked there for a time, and lost his job during training, as his trainer was not paying attention to him, too busy socializing (which is what a majority of sups do all day), and did not catch the struggle he was having. I had good numbers, was reliable, and could always be counted on to work OT when needed. Management does not care about their employees, there is always someone else they can hire for minimum pay and NO raises EVER. Unless you can’t find anything else I would not recommend working here.

Tough interview, they seem to know what they are doing by asking alot of thorough questions. They have a very busy recruiting office, when I was there alot of people were applying. I got hired on the same day, the entire process took about 3 hours to complete. Another individual got hired while I was there. They have multiple accounts (call centers) in the same building. I was hired to work for Verizon Wireless. They now offer a higher pay for some jobs!

Good place to work if you make the most of the job. Great customer service is a talent. Not for everyone to smile over the madness of customers. Good money unlimited overtime after trainung and good benfits and additional financial perks. Easily accessible on public transportation.

I was just calling to find out more about the company. A lady answered and acted as if she knew nothing. She put me on hold for over 8 minutes and said nothing. She did not check back in to reassure my question would get answered. I hung up and called back but never got threw. I heard this was a call center but online it seems as if a third party temp service. With that being said if this is a call center why was I on hold for 8 minutes with no professional manners? If a temp. service why not just say that? Looking at the reviews and that phone call, let's me know, this company just might be messy and something is not right internally!
