Staff member do not wear mask when dealing with customers. They don’t seem to practice any pandemic safety protocols. Our meeting with this office was very uncomfortable since no one was wearing a mask when tending to us .

There was a lack of communication when we sold our house using them. I didnt get a call once the loan had funded nor a copy of my documents till 48 hrs later. Not punctual about following up with their word. Would not recommend.
