Rob, Susan and the team were very responsive and easy to work with. Anytime I had a question, I could email, call or pop into the office and was taken care of. Our house sold and the closing was bumped up - it wasn’t a problem. The house we were buying was delayed - no worries. This team rolls with it all. Benefit Title has handled multiple closings for us over the years. Personally, I think of the Closing itself as the finish line in the closing process. Not only do we appreciate Rob at Benefit Title for all his work one the details throughout the process, but also for personally handling the closing. So many big companies pass you off to multiple people along the way, and even have you close at the end with a complete stranger which seems not only impersonal, but disrespectful as well on something as big as a sale or purchase of a home. Rob was outstanding, responsive, helpful, and took personal care and interest in our situation. We highly recommend and will definitely use Benefit Title again!

Robert received the documents from the lender the same day of the scheduled closing, and within an hour we were able to close on time.
