They put an item on offerUp for $25 i try to contact them by texting through OfferUp to see if price was correct before I drove an hour from Cleveland Texas and i could not get a reply so I showed up and tried to purchase the item and they told me that the price wrong now they wanted $180 and said one of their employees messed up and put the wrong price. I think they do that on purpose so they can get more people to show up .l won't be back!!!

Great place with a wide variety of everything. The people there are very nice and fair. Best pawn shop in Texas.

Wireless selection is a bit pricey and service could be better, prolly caught them at a busy time.

My husband and I went to inquire about purchasing a handgun. I saw a gun I was interested in checking out. The store employee told me I had to show him ID before he would let me hold the gun. This was not posted in writing anywhere in the store. My husband told him we had been to two other gun retails and neither of them asked us to show ID before holding a gun. The employee said I had to show ID because someone ran out with a gun before. I will never go to this place again. I do not recommend this place.

I have shopped around at a few different pawnshops. In regards, to this one it really depends on what you are looking for. Agents are friendly, but not flexible. To make it easy for the frequent thrifty customer and anyone new to the Pawnshop scene I rate this in two categories. Buying Options - 3 stars⭐⭐⭐ The location has good selection of items, but again it depends on what you are looking for. They have a great selection of tools, assortment of firearms, and a few miscellaneous good buys if you know what you are looking for. In regards, to pricing and deals, it depends on the employee you talk to. Some will work out good deals, others keep it by the book. Very inconsistent when working negotiating for a good price. (The do work on the "Good Ol Boy" system not on the initial value of the item) They have a wide assortment of TV's and general electronics - BUT BUYER BEWARE. Make sure you extensively test any electronic you get for at least 10-15 minutes as most have underlying issues with them. Second most of their electronics are way over priced. (Story in the next section) Most Used electronic items are only 30% off retail price at best. Cash deals only eliminate the tax so it's really not worth the discount considering the ticket price and the item is used. Lastly, unlike most pawnshops who off 2 week or 30 day extended warranty, these guys ONLY OFFER 48 HOURS. Be positive in your selection or you will regret it. Selling Options - ⭐ In terms of selling options, this location offers horribly low purchase prices for items. For example, I bought a camera for around 170.00 w/taxes from them maximum retail value was about 229.00. At the time I thought it was a good deal. However, a few days later it started to freeze and reset itself. Since I was outside of the grace period (48hrs). I asked if they would buy it back for 100 bucks since it wasn't eligible for return. They offered me 30 bucks for it. Absolutely ridiculous, and it felt like price gouging. The rep even recommended I try reselling it online of at another pawnshop. For one of the hottest video game systems (the Nintendo switch) they will offer you 100 bucks for it in Excellent condition, but sell it for almost 350.00. I would suggest selling items on OfferUp for fair rates rather than here. Their selling vs. buying Options are not competitive and the price gap is too great. (Better off selling at Cash America Pawn or another local shop.

Multiple bad experiences and I've learned my lesson...restocking fee on pistol purchase I never received because of delay at 10%, cashier argued me over giving back my full total of change (didn't give correct amount) bad service at high prices, DONT GO TO BELTWAY PAWN AND GUN, they will try to rip you off anyway possible...TRY 1ST STREET ALL PAWN, WAYYYYY BETTER at reasonable prices!

I have been a repeat buyer at this location over a few months now, and the buying experience is fantastic for a pawn shop. No-pressure purchasing and friendly informative banter from the guys. If you stick around them, you can learn a lot! Buying there has been pleasant. Some of the deals are pretty good too. You will like the selection there if you like to find relatively uncommon things. Selling there (made a sale within the last month) had been a memorably unpleasant experience. The lady that works there was not very personable, and she tried to correct me on physical evidence that I presented to support my asking price. She then told me the finish on my item was home-applied and was not from the factory (when you can look up the same item online and notice the same factory finish in the exact same pattern). The amount I received was considerably less than what I had hoped for, but I understand why I was offered the price that I had been given. Getting burnt on the sale of my item was kind of expected, but the way that it was handled by the lady completing the sale leaves a lot to be desired. I am disappointed and dissatisfied with that experience, and I hope your own experience as a potential shopper or seller might be better. Although I have had an overall positive experience here, I will not return to this store in the future. Best of luck to the guys in selling their wares. It was fun to meet you. -L

Pretty good clean pawn shop and the gun dealer section is great! Knowledgeable no nonsense staff that knows their stuff. I felt comfortable when I came here. They always update their inventory and the firearms they sell here are great for personal home protection.
