Chase Bank N Sam Houston Pkwy, Humble

I am an account holder for ten years. The bank would not provide a Medallion Signature service saying they only provide this service if you have an Estate Account with Chase I'm another occasion I asked for notory services and the branch refused saying they would not notorized anything that required a witness. There are way better online banks, if a brink and mortar bank can not provide routine service of a brink and mortar then find another bank.

Visited this morning for the first time in a long time. I never go to this location - won't make that mistake ever again. Poorly managed. The bankers don't care about your business at all - probably ought to look into that. I assume the teller was probably on her own because I waited in the drive through and then I waited inside until I finally had to take over $110K of business to a different branch. What a waste of a trip. Just do yourself a favor and don't go here. (And I've been here before Covid and wasn't impressed than either).

The bank was totally up to snuff excluding a working ATM for the drive thru. Which in in turn set me on a path inside the branch. That’s when a Harris County Sheriff told me I should put my cash away ($40). I agreed and told him my hip was killing me and he said your shoe is untied. I said I couldn’t bend to tie it. He insisted on tying it for me. It practically brought me to tears. Thank You, Miguel Villadares dist 2 Safer and kinder world with you in it!😎👍

The last couple times I’ve visited this branch it’s made me want to close my account at Chase Bank. The first time was when they started implementing ATMs instead of bankers. This time my visit was just as bad with a line of about 15 people one teller and two ATMs that nobody’s using. If you’re fine with using ATMs to make deposits and pull out cash then this bank might be for you but if you prefer a personal experience with a banker then don’t bother choosing Chase bank.

They have horrible customer & very bad technology! They atms did not print out my money and they did nothing to help me receive my money… I had to talk to the claims person myself for help. Mean while there bank manger is making smart remarks that did not help me… I’m out of state and it was a horrible experience. They don’t provide premium banking.. Humble texa

This Chase could definitely use some help. Only one atm works but it won’t dispense cash. In the case of an emergency this is very inconvenient. Only two lanes were open during the busiest part of the day and I waited for about 20 minutes. The lady who helped me was sweet but who ever owns this location needs to be on top of their servicing.

The feel of this branch has truly made such a great improvement. I’ve been coming here for over a year. The tellers here are so helpful when I come and make my deposits. I had an opportunity to be helped by Graciela Banker and Idalia Branch Manager last week, great customer service.

I can honestly say that I'm not a picky person. I have worked in customer service for 4 years; I know all about customer service and it was terrible here. There was no eye contact, and the teller talked over me and held a conversation with the guy behind me. When the teller did speak to me, she talked to me as if I were a child. I needed a page of checks and asked if I could pay cash (which has always been an option for me at other chases) and she said no and automatically charged my account.

This bank stole $800 from me and they expect me to lay down and let them. That ATM machine has eaten my money at least 3 times and they have always corrected their wrong. NOT this time. I don't know who is stealing the money....the workers, or the the people who pick up and drop off the money. I do know one thing as soon as I'm done with them I will be leaving Chase and I would advise everyone in the world to. Society is so jacked up when the Big Businesses decided to steal from the little guys in the world. I work hard for my money and apparently they don't care, This is by far the worst banking experience I've ever had in life. I plan on filing a Civil suit, contacting the BBB, as well as the Federal Reserve. It's no way I'm not going to fight their greedy asses until the end!
