AVOID THIS LOCATION. The location is extremely slow and understaffed. There is literally ONE teller working inside. According to Branch manager, John Poates, this is a common practice - despite how many (or how long) customers are waiting. Although John had ample staff he refused to open additional windows. Customers waited over 20mins for assistance. MGR, JOHN POATES DOES NOT VALUE CUSTOMERS’ TIME NOR BUSINESS. Avoid this location.

This bank has the worst costumer service ! I’m here to make a deposit and a wire transfer, the bank is empty and 4 people in here and I still have to wait 15 min to even be seen. Then another client walks in for the same reason and the teller said it’s not going out today, she told the guy to come back tomorrow. Then she says can I make an appointment, oh the guy won’t be here tomorrow, anyone else ? No no one can do transfers. What kind of business is this? By far the worst Wells Fargo.

I have been trying to call this branch for 2 days. No one picks up the phone. I have a safe deposit box there apparently that I haven't paid in 3 years. Every year I get late notices. I have called every year telling them to close the account. This year I can't get anyone on the phone. You guys have a box that hasn't been paid for in over 3 years, I don't even have a WF bank account. Take the box back already and stop sending me letters.

Arrived at the bank's drive thru prior to twelve @11:40...there is a very long line and is moving slowly. Suddenly the lines stop moving causing a traffic jam due to the layout of the drive thru, shopping center drive thru, and proximity to BW8...no one was able to move!!!! The bank closed with customers in line!!! Not just a few cars...all bays had a line of cars extending to the BW8 entry way!!! Finally, at approximately 12:10, the lines start moving again!!! Slowly!!!...oh, I am still waiting in line at 12:23...3 cars ahead of me 🤷🤦♀️ Finally exiting at...12:35

I think they're understaffed. Because I had two customers in front of me. One employee behind the counter and one other employee managing the drive thru. They took close to 20 mins to get to me and I had to go to work soon after this, which is too long in my opinion. This is the Wells Fargo I had to go too, cause the one I normally go to is temporarily closed. Also there's construction happening around the whole building pretty much, making traffic getting in and out some what difficult.

It doesn’t matter what time of day you go to this location there will never be more than one teller inside and one teller for drive through so expect a 30-45 min wait.

Maria the bank teller was very rude to the first 3 ppl that were in front of me. Then when it was my turn she gave attitude because the card reader was not working. Then proceeded to turn around and speak Spanish to one of her coworkers I’m pretty assuming I did not speak Spanish. Just very unprofessional and I have been banking with Wells Fargo for years.

Today I went to the bank to make a deposit to somebody else account. I provided the check with the account number where I wanted the funds to go to. I was assisted by Ashton and she was very disrespectful stating that I had provided the wrong account number. I mentioned that most likely I forgot to place a one in the front and she didnt even bother to try. She immediately stated “No I stated the account number is wrong “ . I told her to allow me a moment to verify and to my surprise I was right. Their was only a 1 missing in the front. Had she listened to me that could've been a super fast transaction. This is why the lines are so long. Ya really need to take the extra mile to be a time resolution. Very disappointed. I’ve had previous incidents here but have to keep coming since it’s the one closes to my home.

I have banked at Wells Fargo for years in 3 different states. This location is most convenient to my home. It is THE SLOWEST bank. Every time I go to this bank I leave angry. Unacceptable customer service. Why do I ever think I can get through their drive thru service in a reasonable amount of time? I just waited over 20 minutes in the drive through and TWO cars were assisted while I was waiting. All lanes had a couple cars waiting while I was there. But only TWO were served while I was sitting there. When I drove up I told the teller I had an appointment nearby in 15 minutes. Could I expect to get a check cashed in 15 minutes? Apparently not. I was told there were 3 people ahead of me! So in the 20 minutes I had already waited and only 2 people had been served, I knew I would not be helped in a timely manner. Unbelievable. It does not matter what time of day or what day it is, the customer service is NEVER quick. Do NOT go to this bank if your time is important to you.
