I usually call the Amherst Office whenever I need banking help. At times I stop by the branch, they call me by name. I always feel good when I go into the branch to be so welcome. I have never had any question or problem that could not be solved by telephone or in person. Jenny Jones, Branch Manager and staff do an outstanding job for their customers. As you have always done, please keep banking a personal relationship.

I am absolutely appalled by the way this bank conducts business and treats the clients. I can't believe they are even allowed to be in business considering they don't follow regulations for authentication, handling claims, foreclosures procedures, death in the family procedures and even more. I'm very disgusted that they are even allowed to still conduct business and scam families
