Bank of Oklahoma N Meridian Ave, Oklahoma City

Very poor customer service. We're on our route and sight the Bank Of Oklahoma sign from the south end of the intersection, oh great! There's a sign taped on the side of the outside of the door so my partner gets out to read it to see if it was speaking to closure due to the ice and snow, it simply stated the business hours. We park, the entrance door is unlocked, but there's a sign on the lobby door that says closed due to the weather that isn't visible without stepping inside due to the tint on the door and windows. A large sign or signs outside the entrance visible from the parking lot stating they're closed due to the weather or just at least A sign outside that says they're closed due o the weather at least doesn't have customers wasting time pulling the door and stepping in the entrance to see a closed sign which obviously should be outside like the sign taped outside displaying business hours.

It's a real decent Bank to go to very friendly

I would have given them 5* but the drive through closes at 5pm. It's difficult to do business when you work 7am-5pm.

I never been in this bank went to cash a check from OG&E and they all were very king offering me a free checking account and showed me every step of the way. The only thing I would change is there over draft limit. They have it as a daily changing deal and I hate guessing games. Other than that I would recommend anyone to bank with them.

I love this location! Samantha and the other ladies are always professional, friendly and fast. If I have any questions they aren’t trying to rush me along, they actually listen and answer ! Doing a great job ladies! I’m a proud account holder of the Bank of Oklahoma

This branch was nice years ago before our friends south of the border took over this entire neighborhood. Now it and the surrounding community looks like a flea market. Unwashed windows and metal plates across the front door to deter break ins.This bank will surely become a taco hut in the near future after it gets closed down. Shame to see nice places in OKc go downhill like this. Manager has called my home over a bad review. I have since opened accounts at another bank.

Staff is polite and friendly theyre also bilingual.

For years there has only been one branch that can handle the amount of customers they get but still give GREAT customer service! Fantastic Manager and teller's!!!

Hands down one of the worst banks ever! Extremely rude, very very unprofessional! Closed my account after 2 years with no warning or reasoning. I would not recommend! Also extremely hard to get in touch with any kind of management or headquarters.
