I went in to cash a check from my job that was from this bank. I didn't have an account and was worried about a fee. Luckily this bank does not charge a fee for non clients. In and out with no problems.

Asked if I could make change for .50 pieces. Abel Martinez informed me you have to have an account to be able to make change with American currency. I've been to two other banks this morning and have never heard such a thing. He acted very stuck up too.

Bank closed at 1:30 and had to be buzzed in. Very unusual. Staff not helpful and I would agree it seems they haven't kept up with the technology yet. Can't wait til I switch!

I never get the community bank feeling here, generally disappointed with my interactions.

Everything that Zach said is true. I set up a business account and it is very archaic. No ACH transfers. Web interface is VERY old. The people are nice and helpful but it's just sad that they haven't kept up with the times.

I created an account here. Now I've been trying to get my online banking to work for a week now and still can't log in. Also I'm getting emails from a bank from Nebraska Pinnbank which is highly disturbing to me.
