    Extremely understaffed and horrible service. They have 1 teller to attend 30-40 clients and they’re in no hurry to attend the next customers. The line goes until the outside area and still only 1 teller working. A different bank would be a better choice.

    My daughter had an appointment at this particular location to open an account.  On entry we were greeted and told they were running a little behind, we were okay with that and waited in the lobby area.  While seated two different male employees greeted us as they walked by.  One of them started talking (lobby leading) to a male in the line to cash his check, next proceeded to take the male to an office space to assist him with opening an account.  I was not happy being we had an appointment and been waiting, come to find out the male employee was the Manager, which made me upset at this point.  So we decided to leave and not open the account. This is definitely bad service and the Manager needs to be addressed along with customer service coaching.

    Best customer service. I came with a blocked account and the managers on duty personally help me trough all the process. Thanks all the staff for the hospitality. Blessings A few month ago I went to close my accounts cause I’m moving back home and They help me trough the process like always . Excellent customer service Jackie. God bless you all🙏🏽

    They had ONE teller working and various staff walking around. 28 people were in line at one point and I waited an hour to get a check cashed.

    This a terrible branch location. Several times I've been in there and usually one sometimes two bank teller servicing a long line of people at the lobby. There have been complaints but not taken into consideration at all. The vast majority of customers are blacks and Latinos. We get overlooked and not cared for.

    Line was out and only one person taking care of all those peoples that needs to cash or deposit their money really hopefully someone listening to our problems and came with some solutions before everyone’s take their money to someone that care about making customers happy

    This is the slowest bank in Central Florida it is currently running 1 teller 1 relationship banker and 1 financial center manager since June 10th. That's unacceptable who is the market leader for this branch. There is a line all the way outside with 1 teller and a 4 hour wait to sit with a banker. Why is it this bank can't get help or staff. Other banks receive additional staff when people call out sick why is it this one can not. I'm at a loss of word for the customer service and care at this bank. Unacceptable and unprofessional

    Be ready to waste your time here. If you need to see a cashier, You’ll have to wait more than an hour. Worst customer service. Long waiting time and not enough personnel. Unbelievable

    This bank really needs to do better. The lines are so long and it is understandable they have no control over that but they need more people to work there. It takes forever to get check cashed or a deposit slip for my job. They really need to do better
